Yoanny was really nice, knowledgeable, and straight forward with explaining things. He took his time doing a thorough job inspecting our entire unit/home. I recommend using him!

One Hour did a wonderful job getting my furnace working again. Rocky was my technician and I greatly appreciate him walking me through each part that was not working on my furnace and why.

Michael Bell was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the fan cage on our heater. He explained the tune up services offered by the company to avoid future issues.

We’ve replaced our upstairs unit in April by One Hour Air and had services done on our downstairs unit today. Great services on both units. Jay was very respectful, well mannered, knowledgeable with our A/C needs, and treated our property and us with respect. He was pleasant to work with doing services on our A/C unit. With the weather being triple digits he managed to keep his cool. Thank you so much Jay our husky liked him as well.

They were able to get a tech out to me in a reasonable time and communicated very well! Mike was amazing and continued to work until he found and fixed the problem. He showed me everything he was doing and walked me through what the issues were. Very thankful for the service

Robert was amazing and thorough! Of course the AC quit making the noise it was but he adjusted items and took video just in case it happens again. Customer service from Robert was 1000%

The show time given was between 10 am and 2 pm quite a large window, actually showing at 3:10 pm. The service tech said all looked good no start up current spikes etc although there was a capacitor out of tolerance and to replace it added almost 375 to the Final cost. Technician felt he was finished with the compressor wash when I informed him that the service techs generally remove the hail guard shroud to clean the fins properly. The photos included show what would have been missed if not prompted to remove the hail guard …. Not satisfied for sure

It's been a long road, since having my HVAC system put into my house in 2021. I've had many technicians come out and trying to fix issues that popped up consistently. One hour is always been very patient and working with me it all hours of the day and night. But it's been a trial for 4 years trying to figure out what maybe be the problem that keeps having my unit shut down. After speaking with managers and general managers I believe now they have finally solved the issue but Terry one of their technician has been calming spirit during these trials. Very effective very knowledgeable and more importantly with the leadership of 1 hour in his knowledge hopefully now they have fixed the issue. So I pray for calmer Waters in the future and more importantly an effective and well running HVAC system. Thank you Terry thank you 1 hour AC. Thank you and have a blessed day.

I am not one to easily be impressed with sales people in the trade HVAC industry. Luke brought industry knowledge and peace of mind as it pertains to higher efficient comfort in my upstairs portion of home and found a solution with my hot and cold spots in the house. I would highly recommend One Hour and their sales representative Luke Scott to be very thorough with giving air conditioning and heating solutions for our home. Came out quickly, knew the issue immediately and fixed it quick. He proposed some additional items that we may or may not do - but they made sense and were applicable to me and my situation/setup. Not sure what to call this problem except that the heating system would not shut down and some rooms were 85 degrees. Late at night this was frightening, Jay Bettis came with a smile on his face after 10 p m and was able to solve the problem. I was very thankful to him and your company. Considering leaving current provider. Many companies advertise "24 hr service" but few actually provide it.

Terry came out to determine why the A/C was not working at 8pm on a Wednesday night. He determined that we had a recurring problem with the compressor. After researching our previous issue, the company decided to extend the warranty and actually replaced our outside unit with another system entirely. The work was done very professionally and all landscaping back to normal! We are very happy with the results! We did pay for the original service call, but the system warranty being extended was well worth the price!

The tech Rocky was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond with customer service! Explaining everything to me - answering all my questions! The office, however, is a bit unorganized. I called twice to ask for them to send me a review for Rocky and never received one. So here I am... The office.... not thrilled.... Rocky! AMAZING!!!

Rocky was fantastic. He’s so kind and personable. He knows my neighborhood and understands what my concerns are and provides fantastic service. It can sometimes be scary to have a man in the home alone, but Rocky comes across as an old friend. He’s so clear and respectful. Hands down would love to have Rocky again
