The guys performing your service for us were professional, efficient, worked as a seamless unit, and even finished a small job that I was intending to complete once they were done. They are always curteous and communicate what their plans are, as well as any problems that arise, or just to make sure I know who they are and how long they will be around. They far surpass the typical vendor's help, and i'd like for everyone to know!!

My vent doors were soaking in the sink when they started picking up to leave. He noticed there was something still in the sink, below the murky water line and hidden from view. I remembered they needed to be cleaned and then put back in their homes, high above anything I was able to reach without a ladder. My intentions were to rush the cleaning job on them and to ask if he would help me replace them afterward. However, he wouldn't let me touch them again. He rinsed and dried them off and put them back together for me and wouldn't take "no" for an answer!! He did NOT have to do any of that, but took his time to make sure it was done, and that it was done to an adequate standard as well.

He is always so kind, and makes it a point to talk to me if I still happen to be here, when he comes to our store. I want him to know that he is appreciated, and his attitude and personality type are what makes me stay in customer service each day. He deserves recognition, and i know i am not the only customer that will bless him with great commendations, because his helpful nature, even just a friendly smile and pleasantries, along with personable interactions, come as easy to him as blinking is for most people.

Thank you for your genuine desire to please the people you service. Thanks also for the care and compassion to my daily grind, and for the smiles you pass around so freely, in a fellow sales and service representative. I appreciate you and your commitment to making your customers happy. I will give you ALL of the pastries- ANYTIME- from the end of my shift!! You take care and we will see you next year!! :)

Gerald and Sergio did a great job at the Cleburne fire station 1! The vents were spotless and they even took the time to mop our kitchen. We highly recommend their service!

We usually use this company to clean our restaurant's hoods, and have no problems, but on their most recent cleaning we have had many issues. Firstly, the cleaners refused to clean the dish room hood, claiming that it was too rusted, despite this never having been a problem before. On that note, it took the cleaners the same amount of time (roughly 3 hours) to clean only two hoods that it usually takes them to clean 4. This does not seem to make much sense to us as it’s only half the work. Secondly, the cleaners left a large mess of dirty water around the restaurant. We are used to a little water being left on the floors and dripping onto the areas below hoods, but this cleaning left an absolute mess. I personally had to stay a good 15 minutes after they left to clean up their mess. They also ruined a $75 box of sandwich paper that was not underneath a hood. I’m frankly unsure how they even managed to get water on these. We had to throw them away, as they were unusable for food. Third, and the most worrying problem, is that after it has been cleaned, one of our hoods has ceased to function completely. It was working perfectly fine before the cleaning, but now it will not even turn on.

Cedric & Sergio did a fantastic job at the Abilene Ihop. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and went above and beyond. They were also very polite and respectful!

Shows up late and leaves a mess. They call you and email you numerous times to confirm apt and then show up 2 plus hours late. Employees complain about being there the whole time.

Cedric and Colby did an amazing job! They were very professional and cleaned everything thoroughly, including the hoods, ducts, fans, access panels, and filters where needed.

They left the kitchen area even better than before they started. They also kept the exhaust system running to prevent leaks and made sure all waste water was collected and disposed of properly.

Great attention to detail and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Cedric and Colby they’re excellent contractors!

Gerald and T came out to fully clean the vent a hood and left it shiny and sounding good! Even mopped the entire floor to the door! Huge thumbs up!!!

Insurance pointed us to them when I found a bird nest and some critters in the flue... they removed it safely and put on a screen cap. All sorted now (no more debris)!

Excellent technician and service. He checked the chimney before cleaning. Our chimney had thick soot. After cleaning, the fireplace lights and smokes well. Home seems safer and cleaner. Technician worked efficiently and competently. Strongly advise.
