Can I give zero stars? My HVAC system is on my roof. They have sliced up my roof in so many many many places. Screws just left everywhere and then they step on them. No one is on that roof but them! They put more expensive drains than I needed (according to my roofer) and copper is still busting because they were not installed where they will drain. They installed an electrical box on an AC Unit and instead of mounting it on the AC unit (which is normal) they left it just sitting on my roof! Just sitting on my roof. They called to schedule service call and I told them I needed to meet with a manager. Next thing I get is a termination letter from our my maintenance agreement. Are you kidding me? Doesn't call, doesn't meet with me. Didn't even ask what my concerns were. I have paid them thousands of dollars and this is how I we are treated. Pitiful. Don't walk away from this company - RUN!
