Alpine Building Maintenance has cleaned North Davis Church of Christ for over 20 years. They have always been attentive to our needs as a church. Any time we have specific needs they are accommodating, and especially during the trying days of Covid. We highly recommend their service, their work ethic and their attention to detail.

Our company has been using the services of Alpine Building Maintenance & Commercial Cleaning for several months. The entire staff from the president to the individual cleaners, are the best part of the company. If there is ever a problem, no matter what time or day, I can make a call and the issue is resolved to my satisfaction. We began using Alpine for a once a week cleaning when we moved into our new office. Not too long after, COVID hit and we decided to increase to 3 times a week. I made one phone call and heard, "No problem, we will work that into our schedule this week!" I love that about this company. Other than Alpine recently missing a few weekends, our office is nicely cleaned. Last Friday I folded the cleaning towels from the pile that they were in. I posted a note in the broom closet to keep it clean and orderly.

I have loved working with this company so far. Our building was pretty far behind in being cleaned because our previous company didn't care. Alpine has shown care, forethought, and exceptional teamwork. Their people love working there and that in turn shows in how our building is being cleaned. They are above and beyond what we expected (Hello, Total Floor Care Program!) And I am looking forward to working with them in the coming years.

Alpine Maintenance has done a wonderful job at meeting our expectations and leaving us with a very clean office space. Our co-workers are all very pleased every week when we come into the office on Monday with how nice everything looks. :)

Perry and his team at Alpine have been awesome! They clean our facility weekly, provide floor care and an electrostatic clean as needed. Recently, one of our employees needed to self-quarantine as a precaution. I contacted Alpine for an emergency CDC recommended clean and Perry sent his team out that very evening. Very happy with their services and have referred them to other business owners.

I am very satisfied with the service Alpine provides. I am confident each day when we come into the building, that it is clean and orderly. Any issue that arises is logged into a journal reviewed by the Alpine staff and usually addressed the same day. I like the way issues are communicated so I can address repair or supply replenishment. We hired Alpine at my place of business and the owner himself took the time to come give us a bid. He priced us fairly and had his daughter hand deliver a bid for our company. They had several managers out our first day of service to make sure we were taken care of. They have gone above and beyond every day since they started to make sure our facility is clean. It's a pleasant change to walk into our building to it smelling clean instead of it smelling like an old musty building. A+ service from a cleaning company on a commercial standpoint. And no, they did not pay us for a review, we just genuinely feel like they deserve the amazing feedback.

I love Alpine. they have treated us well. We got rid of another company because they would not listen. Alpine listens. I met their president and everything he promised they have done thus far. My wife visited and mentioned how clean and fresh our facility smelled.

Lewis Jackson and his team completed several jobs for me and did an amazing job. They fixed some areas that needed touch up stain, and buffed, polished and sealed my wood floors, bringing them back to like new condition. They also cleaned several pieces of upholstery and rugs and cleaned and sealed my patio tile.
He was professional, trustworthy, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work.

Owner Mr. Jackson was prompt with returning my call and made me feel comfortable in knowing that his crew could take care of sales clean of my new home. I was also impressed that he offered services on a Sunday. The crew arrived 15 mins before schedule and went straight to work. Carpet cleaning; baseboards were glistening; stove sparkling; and smelling amazing! Overall services provided were 10/10.
