I called 1-Tom-Plumber early morning and they arrived a few hours later. David was my contact and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these folks based on my experience!

A number of companies will say they are open 24/7 but for some reason when you call them on a Saturday, they’re “booked” and can’t get any one out until the next business day. Well, 1- Tom Plumber IS open 24/7 and they will get to you, be patient. Scott showed up at 7:00pm on a Saturday, after, I might add, driving from a job in Burleson. It took him about an hour and he was done and going to another job. Scott did a great job, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Trust me, do not sit around calling other plumbing companies and fall for the fact they will get someone out on a weekend. Just call 1- Tom Plumber and you’re done. I am very happy with the service, the repair, and thank you very much to Lindsey for your professionalism, kindness and seeing to it that I was able to get my repairs done on a weekend. I truly appreciate all your help.
