All reviews for Korrect General Contracting

Brian Lavendar was great, he showed up on time and had what need to be done, done. I had another contractor planned and they bailed of me, I was very thankful to find Korrect. Also the works told us best options for a few items. I like how they give me some choices. Items done, vinyl flooring where separating, added curb to shower, updated fireplace.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Korrect GC multiple times since 2015. The quality of work, communication, and professionalism have always exceeded my expectations, which is a rare trait in the construction industry.

Korrect GC is my go to company for all of my construction needs, you cannot find another company more dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Korrect has also completed roofing and foundation repairs for my father, my sister and many of my friends, I highly recommended them for all of your construction needs!

Our home was hit by hail during a recent storm. Korrect responded right away with a free inspection. After looking everything over, they actually didn’t recommend filing a claim with my insurance. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I definitely saved money and a claim and will be calling them right away if we get hit by another hail storm.

They did a great job on roofing my home. The entire Management Team and crew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was very impressive. Thank you again.

Jim Hampton was the representative that worked with me and made sure my home had all the repairs needed. He worked with my insurance company to smooth the way and make sure they completed their part in the deal. I was happy with the repairs and impressed when Jim found other damage from the storm that I had not even noticed.

You guys are awesome! Often times our home inspection reports will come back advising that a professional roofer or foundation company evaluate the home. Korrect can service just about any need and are extremely knowledgeable, prompt and affordable

We had our roof replaced in February of 2019. Reagan was awesome in going through the entire process with the Ins. company. We were completely happy with all aspects of the transaction. So much that I went to work for them 2 months later. I am proud to be part of company that chooses day in and day out to do things the right way.

We have cracks in the wall and ceiling that I thought relats to foundation issues. Called Gary Coffing. Gary came over and inspected the walls , Windows and doors inside and outside the house. Checked the foundation, explained everything and assured me that we have no foundation issue. I found him to be very honest and respectful person. their company does many construction project. I will go to and recommend them for anything with construction and roofing. .

They got my Foundation issues corrected quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the workmanship and the end result. I can definitely recommend them!

When our hot water heater in the attic malfunctioned and flooded upstairs and down, we chose Korrect to do the repairs. Not only did they do the repairs, but we had them redo all of our flooring in addition. The repairs were made to perfection, you would never know that there had been damage. Our new floors are gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Rich Speakman for keep us informed throughout the process, making it go smoothly and timely. I highly recommend Korrect. I trust them to give a fair bid and do excellent work.

I have known Korrect GC for 11 years! Brian Lavender and Regan Parsons are by far the most trusted, equipped, hard working, and these are men that I trust to refer to my clients to take care of their roofing and foundation needs. I appreciate you all so much! Thank you for all you do!

Danny Beams was excellent! He came out for a foundation inspection. He was professional, friendly and on time. He was honest with me that I did not need any repairs and also inspected my roof for any damage from a recent storm. He also said I don’t need any repairs there. I would highly recommend this company and Danny Beams!!

Did a great job, had no problems with anything. They showed up early, did a good job and even better, cleaned everything up great. And if you have ever had your roof done, you know it is extremely annoying to have to go pick up nails for months. These guys were really friendly and efficient! From start to finish, they kept in touch and returned any calls and made sure we were very happy with the job.

When a drunk driver drove into my house and the people who I expected to stand up to the plate didn't Brian with Korrect did!
He has been timely efficient through the whole process. Reassuring me along the way through all the steps. Highly recommend Korrect General Contracting for your needs.

Brett and Korrect replaced our roof due to a leak we were having. We did not file an insurance claim because the roof was previously damaged before we bought the home. Korrect's estimate was not the cheapest, but was pretty close and was by the most affordable amongst reputable contractors. They completed the roof work in a day, and everyone that worked around our home was friendly and professional. During the roof repair the section of our ceiling that had been water damaged fell through. They repaired the ceiling at a very fair price, and after we weren't totally satisfied with the paint matching they came back out and repainted a large portion of our ceiling at no extra cost. Overall I have been very satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism, and I would not hesitate to work with them again on future home repairs.

I needed a quick roofing quote and a foundation inspection turned around within 24 hours and the Korrect team helped me out tremendously. They were able to address my cost concerns after hours and Jeremy was able to get out to the site the next day to run an inspection. I am very happy with Korrect and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing/foundation help.

Rich Speakman and Korrect General Contracting have done an outstanding job of repairing the flood damage I had during last year's snow storm. I would rate them A+ with no complaints. All their work has been superb and they have been extremely patient with my State Farm Insurance claims adjuster, who has consistently underestimated the extent of the damage my home had. I would strongly recommend Korrect General Contractors. This is the second time I have used them. The have an impeccable reputation.

Danny managed our roof replacement with professionalism and efficiency. The job was completed in three days, including permits and inspections. Excellent service!

Korrect General Contracting reroofed our mid-century ranch with top-quality materials and exceptional workmanship. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Out of 10 roofers, Brian was one of the only ones to respond promptly. His professionalism and credentials secured the job. Looking forward to working with him again.

Korrect did an amazing job replacing my roof after hail damage. Their communication and follow through was top notch for every step of the process including scheduling an inspection, delivering a quote, starting the work and doing the final inspection. I am so happy with the finished product. My new roof looks great!
