All reviews for Korrect General Contracting

Korrect General Contracting repaired our 18-foot porch post in North Richland Hills after it started to deteriorate and lean. The team did a fantastic job — professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. Everything looks solid and safe again. Highly recommend!

Stephen Burch, my contractor, was absolutely wonderful to work with in my condo renovation. As we discussed what my vision was, Stephen explained in detail how we could reach my goal. Stephen also saw the serious problems like water damage from the master bath that affected the floors and walls. Stephen was also very patient with me as I searched granite and flooring businesses in Fort Worth. The renovation took five months, every worker did an excellent job. Stephen’s patience and expertise resulted in a perfectly renovated condominium.

Phenomenal Service. I trusted Korrect GC to repair my elderly parents' roof. They showed up on time and were totally respectful to my parents. This is a team I would recommend to any family and friends.

I was very fortunate to have Seth Beckner guide me from start to finish with the replacement of my hail damaged roof. He is knowledgable, professional and was always available throughout the process. I highly recommend Seth and Korrect if you need a new roof or repairs.

I highly recommend Korrect for your roofing and remodeling needs. I give them 5 stars. They are top notch and did an excellent job on my new roof recently and my master bathroom a few years ago. They were very professional, hard-working, and did a great job cleaning after the job was done. I enjoyed working with Seth and Joel. Seth was very courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond. Joel and his crew worked so hard and did a beautiful job. Thank you all so much.

Korrect was able to convert a metal barn built in 2021 to my dream barndo.
All while we still lived 4 hours away.
Stephen was able to see my vision and bring it to life, and was willing to incorporate the salvaged windows and cabinets that I found. Overall, the process was smooth and the team responsive to our concerns.

Company is extremely unorganized and a quote is pointless, Danny came and gave us a quote of 4K so we went ahead and agreed to that and signed a contract to sell our home pending these repairs. The day they came out to do the repair they told us it would actually be 11K and this left us in a scramble to find a different company to do it cheaper because we had already signed a legal contract we would get the repairs done. Completely wrong and company showed very little concern for the predicament they put us in.

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, Subcontractor Damage, and Three Failed Attempts

I hired Korrect Contracting for concrete lifting, and the project was immediately subcontracted to an outside company. The performance of this subcontractor was extremely poor, resulting in unacceptable work quality and significant property damage.

During the process, the crew managed to break a sprinkler head, damage a drain pipe, and destroy a main line cap. Furthermore, the worksite was left messy and disorganized after each visit.

To address the poor quality of the lift and repair the damages caused, the crew required three separate attempts to correct the initial work. Responsiveness throughout this correction period was sluggish and frustrating.

Most importantly, Korrect Contracting demonstrated minimal involvement in resolving the issues. They failed to stand behind the quality of their subcontractor's work or the property damage inflicted. My experience confirms a fundamental lack of accountability on Korrect’s part when managing outsourced projects.

Bad experience, high frustration, and property damage—we strongly advise against using Korrect Contracting.
