Tarrant Roofing was a great company to work with for roof replacement and other repairs following our spring hailstorm. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Black. He was friendly, professional, and promptly responded to all my calls or texts. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. The process was smooth and Mark stayed onsite the whole day during the roof replacement. We appreciate all their hard work!

This was my first time ever replacing my roof. I wasn’t 100% confident about the process at the beginning, but with the help of Reese who helped see me through my roof process from the free estimate to the end of the roof being replaced and the gutters being put back on. There were so many people involved for it to be such a smooth process. I appreciate the patience, respect, understanding, and commitment to the project of the roof being replaced. Not one time was anyone rude, annoyed, or felt the need to rush through the process. On the day of the roof being replaced, the team was super early, productive, and quick for a one day job. There are not enough words to express how great Tarrant Roofing is. Joseph Vargas and his team came and in one day, replaced our roof of 44 square of shingles. Huge job! It was amazing to watch how they orchestrated the job. Each person knew what the next person needed before saying anything. The customer service and professionalism is Above and Beyond. Joseph worked with us from the beginning with issues regarding insurance company. He never gave up making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I want to take a moment to shout out Judy Hannah, Sales Manager at Tarrant Roofing.
I currently have a client purchasing a new home. During the third-party inspection, we found a few defects on the roof. The builder said they were corrected, but when I asked for before and after photos, my client only received a letter stating the work was completed on 10/8 with no proof provided. That didn’t sit well with me.
I reached out to a colleague to see if she had a contact at Tarrant Roofing (since I’d never worked with them before), and she gave me Judy’s information. Judy wasn’t the original contact for the job and didn’t complete the work herself, but when I reached out to her around 5 p.m., she didn’t hesitate to help. By 10 a.m. the next morning, she had sent me the full report I was looking for.
That’s what I call excellent customer service! 🙌🏽
She could’ve easily referred me back to the builder or a general number, but instead, she took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Judy had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me and because of that, she’s earned a client for life.

Had great experience with Tarrant Roofing. James Sudbury was my tarrant rep. He thoroughly explained the process & addressed my concerns & answered all my questions etc. He was in constant contact with me through the whole install -texts & visits. I filed a claim with my ins co. They sent out an adjuster & he did not want James to be on roof with him & did not do a thorough inspection. James called my ins rep & explained the experience -problem etc with him -ins rep agreed & told James needed more proof of damage. James then spent a good hr on whole roof taking pics -chalk marks -gutters etc . With several communications between the two them -in s accepted my claim & paid out.. Gutters were also replaced.

Tarrant Roofing replaced a hail damaged roof on a 40 year old home. They were careful to identify and replace all rot under the old roof (not just installing a new roof). They worked well with insurance and I had a few annoying requests that Matthew personally saw to. The quality of service and communication and quality of product are all easily 5 stars.

My total out of pocket was exactly what I was told at the beginning of the process, despite a few complications during the replacement. The attention to detail was impressive even in the small things. They even pulled in a specialist who could disconnect/reconnect an uncommon satellite base station they were unfamiliar with.

A family member used Tarrant Roofing and liked them so much they referred them to me by word-of-mouth, and I'm glad they did.

Michael Sargent was very helpful with my roofing job. He helped me pick my roof and gutter colors. The colors were perfect. He supervised the job and took care of any problems that needed to be fixed. He helped me with my insurance to be sure everything was correct. Michael was the best roofing overseer I've ever had. I give him an A+ rating. I definitely would recommend Tarrant Roofing due to Michael.

Writing a rare review as I typically just move on after a repair. However, our experience with Mark Black and Tarrant Roofing was as positive as a repair can get. After Spring storm damage we had no less than a dozen different companies come to our door. I sent everyone on their way including Tarrant. However, after I decided to enlist some help - I called Tarrant roofing back because of Cole and Mark. They both seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to drive the process. They worked with my insurance company and were here when the adjuster came for the initial inspection. We had a new roof, house painted, gutters replaced, cedar carport re-stained, and some other repairs. The subcontractors were professional and hard working. I wondered if Mark's sincerity and kindness were just a shallow act. Turns out it wasn't. He earned our trust with his diligence and willingess to be transparent and informative. As with any construction/repair project, things don't go perfectly or even smoothly most of the time. However, Tarrant with with the help of Mark Black made it pretty much painless. Thanks Mark and Tarrant Roofing!

Excellent service and quality work from start to finish. Sales representative Michael Sargent was professional, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. I was impressed that Michael met with each subcontractor before and after work was completed. The crews did excellent work, finished on time, and left everything spotless. I highly recommend Tarrant Roofing and Michael Sargent for their great service and beautiful results.

Tarrant Roofing exceeded our expectations. James Sudbury was quick to respond to any questions we had and when we were undecided regarding 3 roofing times, he climbed on the roof to let us see that perspective which was exactly what we needed to make our decision. We love how our roof looks. Not only did the crew not leave any trace that they were here, they left our deck cleaner than before they came. They did an excellent job of protecting our plants and swimming pool from debris. We highly recommend them.

Daniel came and gave me a free roof inspection. Unlike other roofing companies to tell you, you need a new roof. He came down and told me my roof was in great shape. But did offer some helpful tips to prevent links forming over time. I really appreciate the service that he had given me and would recommend him to my friends and family!

I recently had a roof put on by Taarant Roofing. Landon Taylor was my sales representative. Landon handled everything for me from dealing with the insurance adjusters when I didn’t have the patience to deal with them. We are VERY pleased with the Level 4, 50-Yr Roof we purchased and the new gutters as well as the Solar Vents that Justin advised on and secured for us all paid for by Insurance! Justin went ABOVE AND BEYOND on every detail of our new roof! He was there every step of the way from product information, roof inspection, installation and final check list to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Justin was so caring and took the time to walk us through the insurance details/process and checked in on us regulary with text, calls and email!
