A leaking roof is not a fun situation, but CLC made it tolerable. Specifically, Michael handled the project from start to finish. His communication was reliable and responsive and the new roof looks great and working well

We had a great experience working with CLC Roofing. All of the way from negotiating our claim with the insurance company to scheduling and installation of a beautiful new roof, gutters and Garage Door. Jill was very communicative and kept us informed at all steps of the process. The install guys and those behind the scenes also did a great job of communicating and performing the work. We are really pleased with the way the entire process took place in the quality of the workmanship.

What I really liked about Michael today was his honesty. He was honest to me and my husband about what the whole diagnostic process and he said he would come back on Monday with Justin to find the exact cause of the leaks. I am truly thankful that I contacted CLCC today and they sent Michael out the same day. Michael did some caulking on the roof so we will be good till Monday when they come back again to inspect, diagnose and fix the issue.

Wow Michael was terrific! As a new homeowner who is doing this for the first time he was extremely patient and answered all my questions. I even felt bad, thinking I was bugging him. But I could tell he genuinely cared about my situation and wasn’t just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Highly recommend this company, if Michael is an indicator of the type of service offered.

Michael at CLC Roofing is the best. We had a small leak in our roof. He made time to see us the same day we called. He showed up on time, and fixed the issue. He also gave some great advice about roofing choices, contractors, etc.

Jimmy was fabulous! He responded quickly and came out, checked it all and thought he found the issue- some loose flashing. We got another rain and found the issue wasn’t fixed. His crew was there the next day to inspect and find the leak. They were able efficient and thorough in replacing a section of the roof. I definitely will use them again if needed. They also did my neighbor’s roof and did a great job there too! Call them!

Jimmy Jones is top notch! Called CLC Roofing and next day he showed up to inspect. Next day I received a bid thru email. It was very detailed with cost. I signed the contract and with in 10 minutes he called and said he would order parts and he would be there in 8 days to repair my roof! He showed up with his guys in 7 days. They came back the 8th day and completed the roof repair. With in hours he came to the house to inspect repairs. JIMMY JONES IS TOP RATED IN MY BOOKS! This company rocks!

Michael came by today to inspect my roof after the recent hail here in Burleson. He spent a lot of time on my roof, looking it over and taking multiple pictures. We talked for a long time after he came down. He said my roof actually looked in pretty good shape and felt like I did not need a new roof at this time. He explains the entire process to follow in detail and with patience. He has extensive knowledge of what he does and being very kind and gentle is a great plus. Michael T. reached out after a recent hail storm. He came out to check for damage (inspection) . He was very professional and genuinely concerned. Fortunately for me there was no need for immediate repairs. He offered to return to monitor several spots that could become an issue down the road. Which i believe speaks to his desire to make sure each every customer receives what they need when they need it. In 2 words integrity amd compassion. I highly recommend Michael and CLC Roofing.

Michael Toomey came out after I called for a quote on a rather small issue I had with my roof. He inspected it and found the issue and explained what needed to be done in detail. He went above and beyond and checked the other areas of the roof that could also conceal the issue and verified that was the only area defective, that’s being proactive!

The crew came out and removed gutters, then the roofers came out to make the necessary repairs and the left everything nice and tidy, very impressed! Then the gutter crew came out to reinstall the gutters. It all would have been a five star job, but the roofers did no replace one of the attic vents so they had to return. If I could give a 4.5 star I would because the crews did good jobs! There’s always room for coaching opportunities.
