I found this company a couple years ago and had solar panels installed at my house, my business, and my parents house as well as a backup generator at my business. We have had issues at all 3 locations and even more issues just to get Matt and his crews back out to figure out the issues and fix them. The upfront process was great but once installed do not expect anything that was promised. We are to a point where we are probably going to have to get lawyers involved just to hopefully either get something done or get money back to get another company to fix our systems. You will be told that you will get an app or something of the sort so you can watch how the system is performing but that has yet to happen almost 2 years into it. Stay away from this company!

I had a great experience with Circle L Solar. Austin was incredibly responsive and designed a system that was literally half the cost I'd been quoted by other companies. It was such a great experience that I referred my mom to Austin and Circle L.

Great experience with my sales rep Jared Hutton. He explained the process and to me and gave me a very fair quote on solar panels. I liked that he didn’t oversell me on something I did not need. He also checked on me and my HOA during the approval process. Once installed he again called and walked me through signing up with green mountain so I had a company that would buy my excess power as well as get a rebate for my cancellation fee. Jared is top notch and is knowledgeable and has your back.

We hired Circle L to install a backup system to compliment our solar. They worked closely with us to gather requirements and provide the ideal solution. The installation was not w/o it's hiccups, but in the end everything worked as it should. Circle L put in a lot of work to get us the desired solution that fit our needs. Would recommend.

After much research into solar companies, we decided to go with Circle L Solar and so glad we did! Our sales guy was open and honest when answering all of our questions and afterwards we felt confident in our decision to go solar. I definitely would recommend Circle L Solar to anyone who is still contemplating whether or not to get solar panels. With the rising costs of energy, it only makes sense!

Circle L remove/install crew still showed after they had an interruption (truck was broken into and tools stolen) and removed my solar system in 3 hrs. Fast fwd 3 weeks and ready for reinstall. The crew did awesome! Made sure all of my roof vents were not blocked and the array looked better than before. Thank you!

I was referred to Circle L Solar by a friend of mine. I had at least 4 companies come out to my house to give me estimates and to listen to what they all had to say. At the end, Lukas had the most information and was able to accurately answer all of my questions. I know he gave me honest answers because he told me information that the other salesmen would not or didn't know, good or bad. The process was way too easy from information gathering to loan applications to final product. I am very happy with my decision to get solar and Circle L Solar.

A great company to work with, Circle L Solar kept us informed through the full process reaching out regularly. They worked with our HOA to get the job approved. The install team was quick, polite, and knowledgeable.

I have been through 5 of these solar installers so far comparing prices, parts and company rep. This company has a deceit rep, but they are the highest cost of the 5 I have so far. Not to mention the so called sales rep at times didn't like what I said so he would get a little aggressive. They were pretty much in line with others on a all cash deal, where they differed dramatically was the financing, don't trust them due to they were the highest when it came to financing. Probly good company to put up and maintain, but don't trust there administrative (financing) area at all.

I can only say this circle else. Solar put both solar panels and batteries into my home. And I am so so happy with them. Their customer service was outstanding. I can only say again they're customer service was outstanding they have helped. So many times to fix problems that were small and nature. But they were out here and they came. They saw a Concord. That's all I can tell you. You all have a blessed day, take care.

Great overall experience. When Jesus came up to my door, he talked to me like a person and not like a salesman. He was a genuine person and honestly cared about me saving money. He did his presentation, signed the paperwork and less than a week later we had our solar installed. Took the installers about a day and a half to finish but they were professional the whole time and clean everything up afterwards. I was a little suspicious about how much they said I would get back in my tax return but low and behold, I did get the amount shown in the presentation. Overall, I'm very happy with how they treated me and would recommend them to others.

Great professionalism. Everyone from the salesperson, Stephen Baker, to Coordinator Nicole , and to Shelby Heyman and Kara Herford. All very pleasant and patient and very helpful. The crew that installed my panels and batteries were equally outstanding. Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Circle L Solar. Our system was designed, installed and operating within a month. Jared, Kara and the team were great to work with and communicated with us through each phase of the installation. The last three weeks we have seen triple digit heat and the power we generated resulted in us pulling zero energy from the grid. We are extremely happy with the results and recommend Circle L Solar to anyone looking install solar power.

We worked with Circle L Solar for two projects. The first project was a solar panel array that we opted to have installed stand-alone in the yard instead of on our roof. The install was complicated by an electrical panel that was not up to code so it needed to be replaced. Joshua Keim and Edd Fahrenkrug handled it extremely well, all while we were on vacation. They organized with the electrical company to disconnect/reconnect the power, electricians to replace the panel, and the panel installers, all while we weren't there with absolutely no issues on our end.

The second project was batteries, several months later. Once again, Circle L made it painless. Since there were no complications, everything was set up and working over the course of a day.

We highly recommend Circle L Solar and we enjoyed working with Joshua Keim and Edd Fahrenkrug.

UPDATE: now that my system is complete I would not recommend this company. My bills are as high this Winter as before and I'm keeping my thermostat at 63. I spent $23k having this system installed. My sales rep was awesome but that's where it ends. I have called multiple times with promises of call backs that only occur if I call again. I even left a voicemail for the owner who never called back either. I guess that's their culture. I'm very unhappy with the system. I believe it may be sized wrong, but who knows? Do your research when selecting a solar company, the follow up with this place is terrible!

circle L Solar has done some house cleaning. New to their team is Alyssa, she is outstanding. All the concerns I had Alyssa worked out. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was right and that I was 100% satisfied! I can't thank her enough and would now feel confident recommending Cirle L Solar!

Everything with Circle L was great! I have been researching and reading reviews on solar for 6+ months until a friend recommended Circle L. I gave them a call and everything was a breeze after that. They explained the process and answered my questions and in a little over 6 weeks after that first call, my system is up and running. If only buying a car was this easy.

Had an amazing experience with Circle Solar representative Austin Duncan. He was very helpful and patient to answer all my questions. And very professional throughout the process of having my home panel installation done. Highly recommended

Always happy to help and do the job right the first time! I bought my solar solution about a year ago, and it has immensely helped at lowering my electricity bills! I had to get my roof replaced recently and they were happy to do what needed done in a timely fashion! Our panels are back on now and we are again saving money!

I did not purchase my solar panels but needed them removed and reinstalled. Everyone worked with me as though I was a new customer. The workers who took the panels down and reinstalled them were fast and efficient. When taking them down they discovered some were not working and fixed that problem.

Lack of communication. I’ve worked with another solar company in the past, Kayo Energy, and they were fantastic. Every single person was so professional and communicated in every step of the process. Unfortunately, it has not been the same with Circle L. They sent the original installer but after the addition of the new panels, the app is not reporting accurately. I’ve been chasing them down to get this fixed and no solution thus far. They have promised they’d send someone, I wait and they don’t arrive. I end up calling to their office and schedule a new appointment every time.
