Doesnt seem to want business.. Called to get grout service and was hung up on. Called back several times no answer & vm full. Went to website and sent email requesting service. A week later and still no response. Have now called Grout Medic for estimates.

Called to schedule a grout cleaning but they said they didn't serve my area. Their website states they are in Saginaw and I am in Azle, it is about 20 minutes apart... I tried to ask a follow up question and she hung up while I was mid sentence.

They cleaned around the baseboards so carefully, and that’s always the part I can never get right. The whole room looks sharper now, like the edges finally make sense.
