At first there were a few things to clarify but Brit understood my concerns and made tge adjustments. I told him if it cost more it was fine, but, he said it wasn't really that much and didn't up-charge it. They have a reasonable maintenance offer/set up we are going to do as well. Respectful crew, cleaned up the job well. Very pleased.

Limb N’ Leaf came out and worked on our trees recently and did a phenomenal job. We have six trees on our property that, according to neighbors, had never been trimmed. Britt and his team came out, took out the dead stuff and lifted the canopies. Our yard finally gets some sun to grow grass. We are so happy. Our only regret is not calling them sooner.

I wouldn’t use this company again because the quality doesn’t match the price. I needed tree work done before seeding my lawn, and since my regular crew wasn’t available, I decided to give them a try. I usually pay about $50 more with my usual crew, but the difference in professionalism and results is night and day.

I was given a service window of 10:30–12:30 but didn’t get a text until 1:45 saying they were running late. They finally arrived closer to 3:30–4:00. That kind of communication should have happened much earlier. They showed up with only two workers, which for a tree this size is simply not enough. My normal crew sends 4–5 people and spends a few hours on the job. A proper team has a cutter, spotter, rope handler, and someone keeping an eye on safety — plus the right equipment. These two spent about an hour and a half, then left without saying a word.

The results were just what I feared: passable but not professional. You can see where they hacked at branches instead of making clean, precise cuts. They trimmed the outside and raised the canopy but didn’t thin the interior, remove deadwood, or bring the height down. That’s the level of detail I expect and pay for. To make matters worse, I never received a proper invoice — just a text later asking for payment.

Honestly I believe that they think they did a good job but when you’ve had a professional service come you see the opportunities. I’m not the type to argue after the fact, so I paid and closed it out. But this was a one-and-done experience for me.

Limb N’ Leaf Arborists did an excellent job with my trees! They were professional, punctual, and really knew what they were doing. The Britt and Morgan worked efficiently, made sure everything was safe, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They were super personable and were able to do everything I wanted done. My yard looks amazing, and the trees are healthier than ever. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality tree trimming or removal services in the Fort Worth area!

Once again, Britt was amazing! I discovered we had a tree limb down about 11 AM on Monday. Tuesday afternoon, Britt came over and took care of it.
Trimmed it completely back and cut it up into firewood and put the brush in the driveway.
We got two different quotes that he was the best.
