I had a huge volunteer cottonwood that had become weakened from the city trimming it too much. I was worried about branches breaking and hurting property or people. My first quote was twice the amount of what Michael quoted me; I immediately booked it. They arrived early and worked hard for 3 hrs taking down this huge tree. I was fascinated and kept watching the process - they were very efficient and careful about how the branches fell, and of the fence. They did a tremendous job and cleanup, and I was very impressed. I will definitely use this company again.

Bud and his crew were out today to trim a couple of my trees and to de- mistletoe an elm. They have done a beautiful job, and they do an extraordinary clean up after their work. The crew is polite and friendly. I highly recommend them for any tree work, large or small, that you need to have done.

Bud and his crew removed a very large tree (>50 feet tall) pressed up against the side of the house with the majority of the tree against and overhanging the roof. They did an amazing job of removing the tree in sections with no contact to the roof or an adjacent fence and grinding the stump. They completed the job in the 102+ degree day and cleaned the yard immaculately all within a day. Professional, skilled, friendly and great value.

We were about to hire them to come work on our tree, but fortunately we did not and we went with someone else. We have a large tree in our front yard that had several limbs fall off recently, so we wanted to make sure it wasn't sick or dying. They came and looked at it while I was at work.

First off, they are not certified arborists... When I asked, he said he 'never bothered to get certified'. Second, he recommended our tree get injections, but for some reason they would not do it themselves and they would tell me how to drill holes in the tree and do it myself. However, I recently called the company that sold the product he recommended for injections, sent them pictures and talked with a specialist on the phone, and they said they did not recommend their product and instead recommended a certified arborist for a trimming and a fertilizer from Home Depot. An arborist at Arborist USA said it was not root rot, and also said to apply the same fertilizer from Home Depot that the injection company recommended. I can only assume they would not do the injections themselves for liability reasons...

Lastly, we were about to hire them (before I called the company about the tree injections), and he got an attitude when I was trying to schedule something over the phone. I was just wanting to be there when they worked on the tree since I was not there when they gave the estimate. There were a few limbs I was worried about and wanted to see everything they would take off and he said I should maybe hire someone else if I wanted it done the way I was wanting, and that they only do a light trimming on the outside of the canopy. He said to text him my information so he could call back and set up a time, which I did, but they never called and went with another company. Do not recommend

I had the best experience with Mike Anderton and Anderton Tree Service, and highly recommend them if you need help with trees. My 18 year old Bradford Pear split, and I found it when I got home 2 days ago. I called Mike the next morning, upon the recommendation of a friend, and he came out the same day, without me having to be at home. He called me with a very reasonable price, and as he had time in his schedule went ahead and took the tree down that afternoon. He came back this morning and took care of the stump grinding, which is when I had a chance to meet him. Beautiful job, great cleanup, very well done, very nice man. He also does dirt work and landscaping and I will be calling him for that as well. He'd much prefer to trim and try to save a sick tree rather than take one down, so he does it all. You will be very pleased with his expertise.

I thought I left a review after the first time I used Anderton. However, this is my second time using them & they have done a really wonderful job on my property. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, great work, & their price is always competitive & fair.

After a tree fell on my house, the Anderton tree people were quick to jump in and charged a very reasonable rate. They were extremely professional, and the crew worked efficiently. The clean up was thorough. I was highly impressed! I could not recommend them more highly.

The crew came out earlier then expected and completed our yard. They did a great job and made sure everything was up to our standards on the final walk through. Michael sent a crew over today to trim all my overgrown trees in my yard, a week earlier than we originally thought they could make it, which was good news and very convenient for me.
The crew headed up by Bud was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They got the work done very fast, considering there was so much do, and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Bud gave me dozens of great gardening and tree care tips whilst he was working too (I was weeding whilst they worked).
And did I mention the price, wow, they beat the other two quotes out by a half or more! Quality work at excellent price! I will definitely be calling Anderson Tree Service again. High recommend.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Anderton Tree Service. I have a 25 year old Sweet Gum tree which needed serious trimming. The crew was very courteous, thorough and cleaned up the yard perfectly after the job was finished. The quote was fair, reasonable and right on point. The difference after the work was now the front of our home is opened up again and the curb appeal is much improved. So grateful for a job well done and for the promptness of the work being completed. This was the first time of using this service company but do highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service done.

We live in an older neighborhood and needed an old hackberry removed from a tight spot on the property line. Anderton's team evaluated the situation quickly, took the tree down without damage to our fence or home, and removed all the debris within about 2 hours. One lawn irrigation line was nicked during the stump grinding process, but we were expecting that due to the size of the tree and the small workspace, and the guys pointed out the damage right away. Very professional, polite, and knowledgable; and included some advice about care for our existing trees and plants. Highly recommended.

Team did an amazing job cleaning up our yard. We had several areas where the growth under the trees was so thick and unruly. Completely cleaned up after themselves. Very knowledgeable about trees. Also made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.

Not only was I able to call on a Wednesday morning and have my trees serviced by Thursday afternoon, but the crew was professional and did a great job. Even once they were done with the items I had asked to be trimmed, the lead crew member walked around the property with me and made any adjustments we felt were needed.
