This is a very impressive business with a huge selection of trees and plants. Gustavo was very knowledgeable and helped educate me on the trees and personally helped me pick out the six 30 gallon trees I was looking at. He and his crew showed up at my home on time and in little over an hour had all six trees planted in the ground. I highly recommend this business as well as dealing personally with Gustavo. Very satisfied customer.

It was a really neat experience because it’s been years ago when this company was just getting started that I walked up and ask to purchase the cheapest tree he could sale me . It was for my son’s last senior project. I prayed then that the Lord would bless this little business and WOW did He ever! What a cool place to shop for your gardening needs! The staff is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about landscaping and all the beautiful trees and plants they sell! AJ was my assistant and he was able to locate my property online, see my yard and address my landscaping desires! He put all the suggestions of plants and placement on paper, took me out to locate the trees and plants! I couldn't look at my receipt as I know it was expensive! But no other tree/plant place has ever offered such outstanding service in Arlington! It's definitely worth every dollar! Go there while they're Yard Art is 25% off! The selection is fantastic!

I contacted the Tree Place to have a new ornamental holly tree planted in my back yard. They responded immediately with options and listened to my requests. They worked with me to provide landscaping drawings required for HOA approval. Communication was top-notch throughout the process. Most importantly, the holly tree they planted looks outstanding. Exactly what we hoped for. I will be a return customer, and highly recommend The Tree Place to anyone needing new trees planted

Everyone at the tree place are awesome. They took us around the site, explaining everything about the different types of hedges and trees. Even when Victor came out to plant our trees, he show me everything and even created a video showing us how to take care of them! BTW: the Tree Place videos on You Tube were super helpful!!!

This was my first to TheTree Place. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I found the right size of holly tree that I was looking for and the staff explained to me the proper way to plant the tree and maintain. Also gave me some tips to help me with some magnolia trees that are struggling to survive. Gustavo greeted me when I arrived and drove me to out to look at all the varieties of holly trees. Arrived on Saturday and another associate helped me. No wait time, she promptly took me back out to area I had been the day before. Selected my choice of tree and shortly thereafter an employee took the tree and loaded it on my pickup. Certified arborist RJ was a wealth of knowledge. Excellent experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trees or shrubs.

Very helpful staff. Sent a pic of the 2 trees they had in stock within 30 min of me calling (nobody else I called had any and I’m still waiting on another place to get back to me). I will be using them again!

I was wanting to get a large pecan tree for my backyard so my daughter took me to The Tree Place since she has purchased trees from them and was very happy with the selection & results. I purchased a beautiful 45 gallon Pawnee pecan tree and to my surprise, they could plant it the same day. That afternoon, the Tree Place guy arrived with the tree and planted it in about an hour. He dug the hole, planted it, staked it, watered it, put root stimulator on it and mulched it. It looked beautiful. I am very pleased with The Tree Place. They were very clear with instructions on how to care for the new tree. They give you a cake stick so you know when to water & written instructions about everything you need to know to keep your tree thriving. They have the largest selection of trees I have ever seen and everyone there is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great experience! The whole Tree Place team was very friendly. RJ was very knowledgeable and helpful in tree selection. Omar loaded, covered, and tied down the trees with intentionality to make both the tree and the transport safe. The front desk also was informative about next steps. From start to finish, it felt like the team was committed to not just selling a tree, but seeing the customer up for success in planting, nurturing, and growing a healthy plant. Thank you all!

We highly recommend The Tree Place. Our experience purchasing a memorial tree was truly wonderful. Because it was so meaningful to us, we were very specific about the quality and what we wanted, and the tree exceeded our expectations. The quality was evident right away, and Max was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

My experience was fantastic. I haven't been able to find Shantung maples in my area, so I did have to pay an extra fee for mileage, but it was worth it. They sent me pictures to choose from, but ultimately, I trusted them to pick out the shape I was going for. Victor is the best! He was at my house bright and early on a very chilly Sunday morning and got the tree planted and staked, and re-worked my sprinkler system to water it. He was so nice and professional and did a wonderful job explaining the after care. The tree is dormant right now, but I'm looking forward to seeing it come to life next year and in the years to come.

It was a very good experience with Tree Place. A man showed us various trees by riding in his golf cart. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was competitive. And the tree was delivered and planted the next day.

I absolutely love this place. I bought a Jane Magnolia from them last year because they were the only nursery that had one
and following the instructions provided it is currently thriving. I went back today specifically for a coral honeysuckle and ended up getting a fruit tree, as well as some herbs and perennial flowers as well. The gentleman that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff is also polite and informative. This is my go to place for anything plants and garden.

RJ has taken the time and the employees there to drive me around and show me all the different plants and trees and it's been a wonderful experience they have been great I got some of them in my Greenhouse now

RJ did a great job of following up after a miscommunication and made good an issue I was having! I will contact you guys this fall about some flowering peach trees which is my favorite tree! I drive my over 30 min to get to The Tree Place because I trust them. I bought an October Glory Maple from them last year and they planted for us. I have contacted them many times since worried about my little tree and they have responded quickly and put my worries to rest. They have told me exactly what I have needed to do for the best results. They are extremely helpful and have the best products for the tree to thrive. I can’t wait until it is in its full Glory!

Sal Was professional and gave me a honest quote for my project and followed through with people who professionally completed the task. I’ll Be using Sal in the near Future. I requested a quote for lawn mowing only. After waiting a week, I still hadn't received a response so I emailed. A short while later, I received an emailed quote for $600 for an initial mow and $150 for subsequent biweekly mows, which I found to be unreasonable. The property is a duplex with a yard smaller than most single family properties after subtracting the larger house size. I received a call shortly thereafter and found the price was so high because they wanted to include a bunch of services I didn't ask for or want, like trimming the hedges and clearing leaves off the back patio. When I told them I didn't want the unrequested services, he objected saying it "wouldn't look right" without leaf removal. Who are you to tell me how my property needs to look or which services I must buy??? My lease holds my tenant responsible for leaf removal; I'm not going to pay a landscaping company for it. At the time I requested a quote, I told them exactly the areas I wanted included and the areas I didn't want included, like the north side which has a groundcover and doesn't need mowing. They ignored my preferences completely and in doing so wasted both my time and theirs."
