Thomas Nick Zach and Tony were professional and courteous. I thanked them for keeping us informed throughout. We appreciate their hard work (even through physical pain) and understanding. They followed up daily and continued to communicate with us as they went.

The rating is a split between remediation and restoration. Remediation team was prompt, professional, and solved the initial issue. Restoration is a goose egg. From their website: “With a nationwide system of qualified franchises, no damage is too large or too small for SERVPRO of North Fort Worth.” From the email I received from Scott Wilson who came to work up a quote: “Unfortunately, it does not make sense financially for Servpro to take it on.

The ServPro team was extremely helpful when we had a small house flood. They came in the middle of the night to begin the drying process and thoroughly checked the progress over the next 7 days.
