Richard Electrical Services Fresno offers reliable and efficient electrical work with great customer care!

This is the third time I've utilized Richard Electrical Services. Each experience has been equally rewarding. I won't say they were the cheapest, but their price was fair, and their service was excellent, from the lady who answers the phones and organizes appointments to the service personnel who arrived. Three times already, I've had the impression that I'm working with a professional organization that values its reputation and client pleasure. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

Total scam company, use at your own risk.
They require a rediculous fee to come out and assess a job. Require payment up front.
For the first half of job they no showed 5 times in a week, and I had to call to reschedule ... they didnt notify me of the noshow or reach out to reschedule. They finally showed up late evening on the 6th reschedule and took 5+ hours to do work.

The second half of job had to be rescheduled two weeks later cause they didn't have a ladder. They now are asking for an additional $250 cash.

They just no showed for 2nd half of the job

This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Update: 5 now shows, promise of a refund in text. They rejected the refund request and have stopped communicating. Next step is small claims court.

Richard Electrical Services Fresno technicians was extremely personable as was the office staff who responded to our request for service the next day. He explained what he was doing and how and what was involved every step of the way. He gave me a very fair quote and the outcome was phenomenal. We highly recommend this company and will certainly use their services in the future.

I was referred to Richard Electrical Services Fresno by a friend who previously had work done and was very impressed. When I called the company they gave me an appointment and was right on time. The work they did was done fast. Working with them made very safe. The price they charged was more than fair. They left my location as if they were never there. I am planning on a larger electric project and they will be first and only call.

Scam. Do not contact this "company".

I wish I had read these reviews before I called them. They charged me $99 before meeting anyone in person. I was told I would receive an email confirmation for the appointment, and that a technician would show up at the job site at a certain time.

I never received an email confirmation and the technician never showed up. I called them back, and was told that the technician had a death in his family and would not be able work again until next week.

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also noticed that all of the positive reviews are old.

Their attention to detail is unparalleled. They took the time to explain the problem and the steps they would take to fix it.

I had an electrical problem that was tricky to diagnose. The team at Fresno Electricians took the time to carefully inspect everything and fixed the issue without any hassle. They truly know their stuff!

I called this morning and asked how much it would be for a technician to come out and inspect the electrical issue we had and do an estimate and was told it was $150 and any other charge i would be notified about beforehand , I went ahead and paid that and tech went out to property to check the issue and then he messages me that the invoice for him inspecting the issue will be $430 so in total before anything is fixed it will be almost $600 , If I wouldve been told it will be $600 before anything was done just to have the tech go and inspect I would have never booked the appointment, never has a company charged an additional charge than what was agreed upon in the beginning just to do an estimate on a solution , I called the receptionist and she mentioned it is a fee for the worker to use his tools to identify the problem but they never absolutely ever disclosed that information in the initial call I made to book the appointment, I even told the lady the first time if it was just 150 because I needed prior approval for any other charge beforehand and she said to not worry nothing will be done or invoiced until I'm called to notify of an existing charge . Will never use this company again , and on top of that they want to charge 1800 to run a 20 foot wire from panel to switch
