I'm extremely thankful for Pleitez AC's service, which exceeded my expectations in every way. My unit stopped cooling inexplicably, only to have a similar issue with Comfort Star AC last year around the same time. It turns out that the tech at Comfort Star installed the new motor we paid for incorrectly, with it spinning in the wrong direction - a mistake they'd made before. When Christian and his team from Pleitez AC arrived, they immediately spotted this problem upon inspecting my unit. What's more, Comfort Star had also installed an aftermarket motor instead of a direct replacement for my Carrier unit as I'd requested. Because of these issues, Pleitez AC has earned my loyalty - I'll only be calling them from now on. In fact, I'm already scheduling them to install a mini split wall unit in the coming weeks.
