Unfortunately, I started to use this service to replace a dimmer switch and check on a kitchen light fixture. I was quoted $115.00 an hour plus the cost of the dimmer switch as Billy came out to assess what I needed and specifically said it would be about an hour’s worth of work. After 2 days Billy texted me a quote of $425.00!! So l guess the dimmer switches in my area cost $310.00 each!! BEWARE of phony reviews, any company can make up reviews and have their friends post them.

This company was very prompt with their responses and had a price quote that was literally thousands below competitor bids. They arrived on time for the job and were polite and courteous with their communication so I knew what to expect. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to have their panel replaced and plan to use them again in the future. Thank you!!

I called RES about an electrical problem and they were able to come the next morning to check on it. The electrician they sent out was here on time, found the problem almost immediately and replaced the defective outlet that had caused all of the lighting in one bedroom to go off. I have many nightmare stories about tradesmen I have used since moving here in 2009, but thankfully RES is not one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical assistance and would give them 10 stars if I could!
