We had Roberto, Lois, and Josue out to take apart our island after an unknown leak caused issues behind the pony wall. These folks were great! Professional, on time and kept us informed during the whole process. Now everything is cleaned up we can begin the rebuild process.

While out of town, we had a flood in an upstairs bathroom that caused fairly extensive damage both upstairs and down. We have used Servpro for other water damage issues in the past, and chose to use them again for both mitigation and rebuild. As expected, they did a great job. Justin and Javier were fantastic to work with and made juggling this repair on top of other important issues I was also dealing with much easier than I expected it to be. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again should the need arise.

Servepro techs Pablo; Jose; Josue; Luis and Roberto came out the night and next day after we had a water event and got the ball rolling drying everything and demolished what needed to be. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a water event in their home. Very professional and when they said they’d be there there were there.

Pablo, Jose, Jose & Forte we wonderful to work with. They were efficient & thorough, and knowing how stressful a situation like this is for the homeowner they were very thoughtful and caring. Kept the area very clean as they went. Communication was great through the process. Zach kept everything coordinated, and as with the others, very patient and customer oriented.

We we’re beyond grateful for all the hard work Jacob’s team did after the problem we had with the flood at the house. , they started working at 7:30pm and they probably stop working around 3am they were amazing!! Throughout the days they check and make sure the walls and floor was drying. The communication of everyone in the team was excellent. Highly recommend them to anyone, they made it so easy.

We had a leak in our roof that led to water leaking out of our ceiling. They removed everything that was wet and got the fans going to dry everything out. They were very personable and efficient. The ServPro water mitigation team was very responsive and efficient. They arrived within an hour to help clean up water flooded in my kitchen and other areas. The team lead, Jacob, was a godsend throughout the entire mitigation process, from arriving to assess the cleanup needs, deploying crews, working with my insurance, to providing clear explanations to me as the homeowner. He walked me through the entire ordeal. The crews were also fantastic. Justin helped with water cleanup and later with cabinet tear out in the kitchen. He was very friendly and helped find pet friendly solutions on top of taking care of everything quickly and thoroughly. He effectively remediated mold in the area, and everything he did, he did quickly and easily. The cabinet tear out crew members, Ronny and Josue, were also extremely fast, proficient, and kind. I couldn’t believe how quickly they pulled everything out, and they worked with me as I cleared out cabinets. Flooring tear out was done by Jaim and TJ, both of whom were thoughtful and kind in their handling of the process. They were very patient and understanding when needing to coordinate on insurance documentation. The entire team was compassionate and treated my home and me as they would wish to be treated in similar circumstances. I am very grateful that this company and this team handled my water mitigation case.

Michael and Adam were amazing. We had so many issues with our insurance and mortgage company, and having them there to help and be patient was amazing. The work was done quickly and well. I love my new kitchen. Communication was done well and helped a lot.

The staff I worked with at Servepro of South Frisco was just the best! Jessalyn Glassgow and her crew of Justin, Forte, and Zac couldn’t have been better. They were respectful, compassionate, and the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. I am so glad that I called Servpro. Also, there was another crew member whose name I don’t remember exactly., But it seems to have been Vanessa or Valerie (I’m sorry I can’t remember it) she was excellent in keeping track of what the crew was doing, and where my belongings were being packed up.

We arrived at our office/warehouse on a Monday morning to find it flooded from a broken water line. The Servpro team was absolutely amazing! Within hours of reporting damage, Zac Denney was on-site for a quick inspection, and Justin Miser and Josue Vera immediately began the demolition. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, answered all our questions, and Zac even provided daily written reports.
The team was meticulous with equipment placement—dehumidifiers, fans—addressing every damaged area diligently. Pablo Maldonado and Josue Vera later adjusted equipment, handled further demo, and removed insulation. They even took the extra step to lay down floor protection and move our refrigerator, helping us feel more settled. Jose Perez then thoroughly inspected the mitigation work, documenting everything with photos.
