Constraction reviews in Frisco, Texas

I want to take this opportunity to thank and recommend MTR for their great work renovating my house and replacing the roof after the recent hailstorm. They're a family business that truly cares and provides the best customer service with excellent communication, which is hard to find these days. They're 100% honest, do fair work, and leave everything super clean! Thank you guys for your work; I really appreciate it!

My wife and I had MTR remove a wood shelf in our laundry room and replace it with cabinets. Alberto was fantastic overseeing all aspects of the job that included the estimate, demo, wall restoration, wall paint matching and cabinet installation. This was our second project done by MTR and we highly recommend them.

I built a gazebo for a client and wanted a thatch roof. Problem was, I couldn't find anyone who does thatch in this part of the world (central Texas). And what natural, local materials would they use? I wanted something durable and cedar shake just doesn't last long. This was in 2018. It so happened that I had a friend with 40 boxes of LP records. Could they work as shingles? I checked with the client and he said I could go for it. I put down ice & water shield underlayment on the roof deck and installed the records on top. As soon as the sun came out the records curled like potato chips. But they held and, amazingly, it worked for 6 years!
But I knew from the beginning I would need to find something more suitable, more durable. I found MTR online and started researching their recycled plastic thatch. When I called them, I had the feeling like I was in a mom & pop style hardware store - everyone I spoke to was friendly, very patient, and well informed. The thatch is expensive, but has the durability and look I was after. And they knew enough to sell me exactly the amount I needed. Thank you, MTR!

If you want best service and honest job done they are best at what they do highly recommended

Thank you Armaan for helping me get my full roof claim approved after only half the roof was getting approved!! What a blessing!

Very proper and easy to work with. My last roofer a few years back gave me such a hard time. It was such a seamless process with VR.

Great work, reliable and professional. Roofing, fencing, renovation, repairs and remodeling. They do it all. Talk to Inam, he will guide you and work with you on pricing.

avoid contractors trying to make a quick buck. Armaan with VR Contractors made this whole process so easy! i recommend this roofing company to anyone needing to get their roof replaced after this hail storm.

One of the friendliest roofing companies i’ve contacted. I was never pressured and I was given the time needed to go at my own pace. 11/10 Service and very easy roof claim process. Thanks VR Contractors!

I strongly don’t recommend VR contractor, when they changed my roof, they didn’t do good job and they didn’t even clean up properly, even after requesting multiple times, I even had leak on the roof. Recently I had an issue with a roof when I called , owner Inam, he was so rude and didn’t provide answers properly. Even after calling multiple times, he didn’t bother answering my call or even messaging back. I ended up in calling another contractor and fixing the issue. Don’t fall for TRAPs. One of worst decisions of my life is had him change my roof.

Hi All, My roof was done by VR Contractors in April 2024 by Iman Khan from VR contractor and he is very professional and humble to work.
So far he did roof, Gutters and water leaks for two properties and I am very happy with his excellent work.
Thanks Iman Khan

Wow, where do I even start? Working with your roofing company has been an absolute game-changer. After dealing with a previous roofing company that left me hanging for ages on a final report, I was skeptical about hiring another contractor. But from the moment the VR team stepped in, it was clear I was in good hands. Not only did you guys replace my roof flawlessly, but you also made sure to dot all the i's and cross all the t's, including sending over that elusive final report without any hesitation. The professionalism and commitment to excellence was amazing :)

We had a positive experience working with vr contractors.Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They completed the job in a timely manner and left our property clean and tidy. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, they were quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, we're happy with the quality of their work and would consider using them again in the future.

As a homeowner in Frisco, my insurance only approved me to replace half the roof. After Armaan from VR Contractors came in, he was able to help me get my full roof replaced and the job was done so quickly too!! Highly recommend this family owned business 👍🏽

Armaan at VR Contractors is simply outstanding! From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, and dedication were truly commendable. He guided us through every step of the roofing process with patience and clarity, ensuring that our needs were met and our questions answered. Thanks to Armaan's hard work and attention to detail, our roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the results.

As someone completely new to the process of replacing a roof, I was understandably nervous. But thanks to the incredible team at VR Contractors, those nerves quickly faded away. They took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms, making sure I understood each step along the way. Their patience and understanding made the entire experience much less intimidating. Now, with a brand new roof overhead, I couldn't be happier!
