Michael and his team are honest, reliable and so knowledgeable! They answered every question we had with patience and detailed out the entire process. I would recommend Restored Contracting to anyone.

Restored Contracting replaced a roof on my home in Sulphur Springs, Tx. It is a large roof area, almost 4000 sq ft. They started early in the morning, took all the old shingles off, then repaired what needed to be replaced on the decking, then put the new shingles on. They were completed by 530 the same day. The crew did quality work and I will definitely use Restored Contracting again in the future if needed. Kristine Morse

I’m a real estate investor and needed shingles replaced - fencing and exterior paint. I got 3 separate bids and Michael helped me with the budget and the work was done exactly what was agreed to. Very professional and easy to work with.I’m very happy with the work that was done, and I want to keep good contractors busy.

I had a great experience with this company!! They were very prompt in handling my claim and dealing with my insurance. I recieved excellent customer service, and great communication on how long it would take to fix my roof! They were on time and professional. I would definitely reccomend restored contracting.

I could not be happier. I had so many things I wanted done in my new home. Some big, some smaller. But, regardless of the size of the task, absolutely everything I wanted was done with top notch quality.
The work was done beautifully. The workers were professional, friendly, and very skilled. The owner takes his time to be on site, to work within a comfortable budget. There is no doubt that all the future work done on my house will be done by Restored Contractors. I feel very secure that I can call them anytime and they'll get the job done right. It's a huge relief to know I'm working with a company that goes the extra mile.

I am very satisfied with the work Restored Contracting has provided me with. It was quick and easy and got me back to a complete home. My home was flooded due to winter storm and had so many repairs that were very urgent to me. A friend had recommended them and I’m glad they did, I will be calling them anytime I need repairs or remodeling in my home they are very professional and considerate of our decisions involving our home.

Mike and Kimia are the real deal. In an industry where trust is hard to come by, they were knowledgeable, timely, and kept to their word. Highly recommended using them for any roofing needs.

It was a pleasure to work with Michael at Restored Contracting! We asked for a quote and he came out immediately, and quoted a high quality roof for a great price. The whole process was professionally done within a timely manner. We plan to use them again for repairs to siding and gutters. I highly recommend Restored Contracting!

I have worked with Kimia and Restored Contracting on a few transactions and have been very well taken care of. Kimia and her team handle each job with extreme care and builds trust with each client. Every single appointment was executed in a timely manner and they will not try and sell you things you don't need. If you are looking for commercial contractors, this is the company to hire.

We highly recommend Restored Contracting. From the initial consult to the end result, we are extremely happy with our experience with Mike and his team. They walked us through each step and were very helpful. Our roof turned out immaculate. They helped guide us on choosing which windows to switch to solar screens in order to help with energy efficiency and repaired and replaced our windows that were foggy and in need of repair. If you are looking for a family owned business that is efficient, reliable and friendly than we recommend choosing Restored Contracting!

Michael and his team are amazing, highly recommend them! I would not use any other company. They are respectful, hard working and HONEST. We needed our roof repair, ended up painting the inside and outside of our house because they were so amazing! Honestly the best!

We have done a few projects with Micheal at Restored Contracting, all with great results! The latest was repairing several areas of our roof that were damaged during solar panel installation and discovered when the panels were removed for maintenance. Micheal provided us an estimate and professional assessment of the nature and cause of the roof damage to present to the solar company in order to file a claim for reimbursement. Once a settlement was agreed to, Micheal was quick to get the work done. The roof looks great! Colors match and patterns match so you can't even tell where repairs were made. Great work and reasonable cost = great value!

Michael with Restored Contracting is the absolute best! If you are in need of someone who is trustworthy, pays attention to detail, knows exactly what the job calls for, and is genuinely a kind person then Michael is the man for the job.

He came out to give me an estimate for my roof and made sure the area of concern was address with a temporary airtight fix the next day before the rain hit us again. That type of kindness you don't receive from everyone and is the reason why I highly recommend him. My family and I are so grateful for the work you did. Thank you again.
