Frisco Electric provided excellent service. Kevin (the electrician) was very professional and courteous. He was timely in arriving for both the original estimate and the actual work performed. Kevin also left the work area as he found it, clean and tidy. I had phone conversations with Vanessa (both of them), with Vince (the owner) regarding additional information about my project. Each time they were patient and thorough with advice and explanations. Frisco Electric is my choice for future electrical needs.

Our service technician was clean cut and very professional. He diagnosed the problem in under a minute and had 2 breakers replaced within 15 minutes. Totally charge was $325! There is a $75 drive to your place fee and then each breaker replacement is $125. I can see maybe the first breaker being $100 to replace and then additional breakers are $50. Would give 5 stars but feel their pricing is way out of line.

William is excellent, a real pro at his profession. He was able to find solutions to all our requests. He’s prompt, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend William with Frisco Electric. The second day he didn’t even take a break so he would finish when promised. We did front and backyard lighting as well as moved our thermostat. Vanessa was also wonderful. She had William out the day I called to give the estimate and had him scheduled to do the work ASAP. She also sent reminders for scheduled appointments. We finally found a great electrician!

Second time I’ve used Frisco Electric. Vanessa was wonderful in scheduling and Curran did an excellent job installing new out door ceiling fan. He was friendly, professional, courteous and prompt. Highly recommend Curran and Frisco Electric.

Third time I’ve used Frisco Electric. I spoke with Vanessa and requested William for hanging 2 ceiling fans and installing a light to the outdoor ceiling fan. He was in such high demand it was going to be a week before he could come out which was fine and I scheduled him. I received a call from Vanessa asking if I was available sooner that William had completed a job earlier than expected and could come that same day. I was thrilled. He came installed all fans and did his usual perfect work!! Thank you Vanessa for keeping an eye on Williams schedule that allowed him to complete my work order a week earlier. A+ for Vanessa and William.

I’m a repeat customer of Frisco Electric. Vanessa always takes care of booking the appointment and is very courteous and friendly. Kevin completed the work today and I must say he did an outstanding job. He made sure everything looked good and worked like I wanted it to. He moved a light switch, hung a fan, changed out switches for us and moved another thermostat. I cant say enough good things about Kevin and Frisco Electric.
