Frisco Electric provided excellent service. Kevin (the electrician) was very professional and courteous. He was timely in arriving for both the original estimate and the actual work performed. Kevin also left the work area as he found it, clean and tidy. I had phone conversations with Vanessa (both of them), with Vince (the owner) regarding additional information about my project. Each time they were patient and thorough with advice and explanations. Frisco Electric is my choice for future electrical needs.

William is excellent, a real pro at his profession. He was able to find solutions to all our requests. He’s prompt, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend William with Frisco Electric. The second day he didn’t even take a break so he would finish when promised. We did front and backyard lighting as well as moved our thermostat. Vanessa was also wonderful. She had William out the day I called to give the estimate and had him scheduled to do the work ASAP. She also sent reminders for scheduled appointments. We finally found a great electrician!

Second time I’ve used Frisco Electric. Vanessa was wonderful in scheduling and Curran did an excellent job installing new out door ceiling fan. He was friendly, professional, courteous and prompt. Highly recommend Curran and Frisco Electric.

Third time I’ve used Frisco Electric. I spoke with Vanessa and requested William for hanging 2 ceiling fans and installing a light to the outdoor ceiling fan. He was in such high demand it was going to be a week before he could come out which was fine and I scheduled him. I received a call from Vanessa asking if I was available sooner that William had completed a job earlier than expected and could come that same day. I was thrilled. He came installed all fans and did his usual perfect work!! Thank you Vanessa for keeping an eye on Williams schedule that allowed him to complete my work order a week earlier. A+ for Vanessa and William.

Again Frisco Electric rises to the occasion. Had William trouble shoot 2 ceiling fans with great success. Thank you Vanessa and William!

I’m a repeat customer of Frisco Electric. Vanessa always takes care of booking the appointment and is very courteous and friendly. Kevin completed the work today and I must say he did an outstanding job. He made sure everything looked good and worked like I wanted it to. He moved a light switch, hung a fan, changed out switches for us and moved another thermostat. I cant say enough good things about Kevin and Frisco Electric.

Cole is an excellent electrician. He is polite, friendly, thorough and left everything very clean. I highly recommend Cole and Frisco Electric.

Wow, found a friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST electrician. Fred replaced my 2nd story outdoor spotlight over the entrance way. He was able to fix the "can" that the bulb screws into so that saved me some money. Fred was on time, friendly and efficient. I'll be using them for all my electrical needs.

We have used Frisco Electric for years and have always been very pleased with their work and professionalism. However, on a recent visit we had an issue. We called the office and spoke to Vanessa. She was courteous, professional, and quickly had a solution to our complaint. Kevin then came out and did a fantastic job.

We could not be more pleased with their response and will continue to use them for all our electrical needs.

Frisco Electric was able to accommodate an urgent need to get an outlet installed at my in-laws home for EV charging - the experience was smooth, straightforward, and reasonably priced. Thanks in particular to Vanessa from the front office and Curren who performed the install!

Would highly recommend Frisco Electric. They were able to repair a very high chandelier/fixture that I thought I was going to have to replace at great expense. The cost to diagnose and repair was surprisingly reasonable. Really glad I called them and will definitely use again.

Frisco Electric is the best! They're responsive when calling for an appointment, the communication is fantastic (text & email), the electricians show up on time, explain the issue and provide a solid estimate, and complete the job competently and efficiently. Don't bother calling anyone else!

Kevin was on time as scheduled. He checked circuits to make sure it was OK. Once that was good, he then replaced the receptacle that needed replaced. Kevin is friendly, courteous & efficient. He will not try & sell you something that is not needed. Great job ! Will refer him & definitely call him if need arises.

Scheduled quickly , Shawn and michael provided great customer service and long term home safety suggestions. Pricing is standardized but a little bit expensive., But overall a good experience.

Resilient Power and Plumbing is the “Gold Standard” - Ben and Brayden removed/replaced all the cast iron pipes at our home in Plano. This is a large job and must be coordinated and timed perfectly which they did with skill. Ben and Brayden are very knowledgable and true professionals. All my questions were answered in easy to understand explanations for a person with no plumbing history. Communication was clear and prompt.
I never had to wait around for a response!! The work crews were professional and worked diligently to completion. The entire job went smoothly. Our lawn and landscape are back in place and can barely see a huge plumbing job ever happened. We are most happy with Ben and Brayden’s care and attention to detail. If you find yourself needing this type of job, I strongly suggest calling Resilient. Highly Highly Recommend!!

Great! Had them install an outlet for an EV charger and I am very impressed. They came quickly and gave me my quote and then got the work done very quickly. They were all very knowledgeable and very friendly!!! I will use them for future electrical work! Highly recommend

Want to thank Resilient Power for coming in on weekend even though they don’t work over the weekend. The electrician who came was Erick, he was able to solve the problem with the EV charger and installation of a new one. Would definitely use them again.

Needed a plumber for a kitchen remodel in daughter’s house in The Colony, TX! Very responsive, did all work requested in timely and professional manner. Plumber noticed her HWH was old and needed replacement. Replaced it next day and brought it up to code!! Highly recommend!
