Mr. Electric of Frisco and Guillermo gave me something priceless today....peace of mind. Some previous work completed by a handyman had left me questioning if it had been done correctly. Guillermo listened to my concerns, walked me through what he found during his assessment and answered all of my questions. He made recommendations and discussed my options with me. Once I accepted the quote, he made pretty quick work of the things I needed done. He was professional, courteous and even put on slippers to protect my floors! Now I have the piece of mind of knowing my electric work was completed safely. Great experience!

Paid over $600 for a chandelier install and it was so bad i would rather have just not had it installed at all. I was told "that's as good as it's going to get" Called and asked them to send someone to try and rectify the situation and was told they would send the same installer with a helper. Text me saying they would contact me to schedule and 2 days later still nothing. I called another electrician to come out and they removed the fixture and reinstalled it correctly and it looks great. They said they could have installed it for $180 from the start but because they were fixing someone else's hack job it cost me $280. Looks great now but extremely disappointed I have now wasted over $900 for a $200 light install.
