Signed up for a new Solar system for my house - it is now installed and producing as promised! Jacob answered all my questions and provided a competitive and fair price.
But the key to dealing with a Solar Sales consultant is the quality of their installation team. Jacob uses the best!
Thompson & Sons did my install for Solar Sales of North America.
They had to adapt to some local restrictions and roof placements and did the job quick and very well. Most impressive was the electrical / city inspection. In roughly 50 years having 5 houses, 2 pools, 2 additions, and 3 other major projects inspected, this was the ONLY construction project with ZERO DEFECTS. Max Sales (really his name) the Master Electrician who subcontracts for Barry Thompson is outstanding.

My experience with having my micro inverter replaced was great! I was especially impressed with how Bailey Cook took the initiative to help me through this process after I discovered that the original installation company was no longer in operation. She was instrumental in arranging and guiding me through successfully installation. This included direct contact and follow up which doesn’t occur often.

I was skeptical about going solar as this is my first home and was not sure if it is worth the investment. Jacob patiently answered all my questions and gave me by far the best pricing. Entire process from calling Jacob to getting the panels installed was super quick and took less than 10 days. I would recommend Trojan to anyone without a second thought.

In the rush before the loss of the 2025 solar credit, Trojan Solar installed a 27 panel , Powerwall 3 , and a new breaker panel within 6 weeks! I was online with more than a month to spare! (Nov 21!)

Jacob and his team were able to answer all of my (pretty technical) questions on the system design, unlike the competitors I spoke with who didn't know the reasons behind the decisions. Tojan had all the answers.

The installers were very professional and finished the install in 2 days. I may even use their electricians for a remodel next year. Everything was done on schedule, as promised, despite bad weather. Zero complaints!

I've had the system almost 2 month and it is behaving better than expected (we just passed Winter solstice). I recently moved into this house and my power estimates may have been a bit high causing things to be overbuilt, but that's on me. Just got my first full month electric bill... $12!!!! (I hope free night plans continue!) A few mild winter days we've even given back more grid power than we used. We'll see what summer brings.

When I bought my house, it already had Solar panels that the previous owner had installed through a different company. I got the reference to Trojan Solar from my Solar inspector Michael Finney.

Since CoServ was not giving me net metering option, I wanted to store any surplus Solar energy in a battery so that I can use that when the sun goes down. That’s where Trojan Solar came in the picture. They recommend the 15 Kw FranklinWH aPower 2 battery. Jacob and Bayleigh did an excellent job with the entire project. Starting with the system design and getting the necessary permits from CoServ and the City of Frisco, till the actual installation and commissioning of the battery. . .everything was done in a timely professional manner. Their master electrician Eric and his assistant Angel were excellent and did the entire install in a day.

Not only that, Jacob put white stones underneath the battery (see attached pictures) to allow proper drainage and overall look beautiful.

They also added in open cell foam insulation for my attic at a nominal charge.

Overall, I am very happy with the project and would highly recommend Jacob and Trojan Solar. A job well done.

When I called to get a quote, the gentleman that answered the phone came across rude. When I tried to explain what type of quote is needed, he sounded as thought it was an inconvenience. Too bad. He could've gained a new customer with several commercial properties in the DFW.

I called Accurate Electric at about 9:30 am and told them about a problem I was having with a replacement ceiling fan/light. I was somewhat surprised when I was told that an electrician could be by between 2 an 4 pm. Juan came to the door within the time frame and immediately went to work. First of all, Juan was very professional and polite and promptly put on his booties. I showed him the problem fan/light and explained the problems I was having. He wasted no time and got going to work to correct the problem. He took down the unit from the ceiling to check to make sure the unit was wired properly. He made some adjustments, and we thought the problem was solved. But the unit sill wasn't working correctly. He double checked the wiring, which looked ok and then checked my dimmer fan/light switch.
Finally, he was able to confirm that the fan control part of the switch was not working which meant the switch was bad. He had a new switch in his truck and replaced the bad one. Problem solved.
Juan was very pleasant and personable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing as he was doing the work. He was also very good at cleaning up after he was done. If the other electricians at Accurate are anything like Juan, then Accurate should feel very fortunate. I highly recommend Accurate, and I will definitely be calling them for any future electrical work.

Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Honest, professional and fast. I had scheduled 2 other contractors to come out to give me an estimate because they would not even give me a rough idea on the the price of the job over the phone. Of the 2 only one showed up and they tried to hard sell me stuff I did not want or need and they were way to costly. I called Accurate Electric and not only could they give me a rough estimate over the phone but when the job was done they ended up coming in under budget. Yes, under budget! When I saw the invoice I was so pleased and surprised. I absolutely recommend them for any electrical job that needs to get done in a professional timely manner at a great price.

I have used Accurate Electric several times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. Robert shows up on time, gets the work done in a timely manner and is very personable and easy going. From the smallest things like installing a new light fixture to the more complicated repairs, Accurate Electric is a local individually owned company that I enjoy doing business with.
