All Hands on Deck contracts other businesses to do work on their behalf. We completed work last year 4/19/24 at a Kohl's department store and AHOD has still not paid the bill. Always a bad sign if they don't answer the phone and don't pay their vendors.

I can't say enough about the phenomenal customer service we received for our carpet installation on our stair steps - super responsive and very professional - and the quality of the workmanship was absolutely SUPERIOR! Our company was contacted by All Hands on Deck (AHOD) to perform repair work at a Kohl’s in Tucson, Arizona. We completed the requested service work and submitted a quote for additional permanent repairs. Despite repeated follow-ups since September 2024, our invoice for the initial service remains unpaid.

We used their official work order numbers, documents, and IVR system, and our communication with them was consistent throughout the process. After the quote was declined, we were informed that internal issues within their company may have affected payment processing for certain vendors.

We have documentation of these interactions, including recorded calls, but as of today, our invoice remains unresolved. Based on our experience, I would advise other vendors to request payment up front.

I wish I could be has happy has these 5 star reviews, but I would highly suggest shopping around and finding your own contractors. 2021 I had hired this company to remodel my shower in the master bath. When they started to lay the tile they didn’t leave any room for the grout (among other things). They fired that guy and had someone else come out to finish. Took way longer than quoted but no worries! I was happy. I, for some reason, decided to give them another try to do the other bathroom and lay new flooring (2022). They sent a supervisor this time to ensure things went more smoothly. Y’all. They had to tear that tile down as well and start all over. What was that supervisor doing in my house all day?? I thought the flooring was going well until they pulled up the baseboards they had already installed because it “wasn’t on my quote.” The owners had called after the fact to see how everything went and I shared everything. Only for them to never call me back. Now here I am, two years later, with a half finished floor and a bathroom that has a leaking tub and grout falling out by the second. I could of done a better job myself, for less than 11k. See photos.

Deb worked for me fulltime for 3 solid months last summer. She helped me remodel an older home which we turned into a masterpiece. Deb was responsible for the following: Kitchen cabinets painting, removing rust stains from freezer racks, setting up an electric dog fence, setting up an outside water drip system, hanging up pictures and blinds and curtains, fixing chicken coop fencing and helping with outdoor above ground pool setup, and many more items.
