I’ve used this service for over a year, and they have been nothing but great to me and family! Always professional, very detail on the cleaning. I love that I have the same team each time so know what needs to be done a how I like my home cleaned.

I have had a consistent cleaning service prior to moving to this state. So I was hesitant trying to get a cleaner and decided to do some deep cleaning in the hopes that if I like their service, they'll become my regular cleaners. So I went by the reviews, and decided to try this company out. First, my booking experience was very quick and efficient. As soon as I inquired for service, I got a text immediately acknowledging my request, and was advised to visit their website for a quote, booking and description of services. I must say that the interaction was very professional and welcoming but I wonder if that was just a way to get my business, and continue to read the review to see why I said that. Later on, I booked their deep cleaning service on their website for 9:00am. I liked that the website shows different availabilities and it was quite a few to choose from. It was a little weird that I later got a text message asking if the cleaners can come at 8:00am because that's when they typically start. I told them I couldn't do 8:00am and they stuck with my original time of 9:00am. 2 ladies came, I walked them through my place and told them my main concern is the 2 bathrooms. Asked if they'll use bleach and if I can provide it to them. They declined saying they have good products that will take care of it. After that, I was asked by Bella, one of the cleaning ladies if I wanted blind & baseboard cleaning. I asked her how much that is. Bella said that would be an additional $31 to my total. Based on that amount, I agreed to add the hand wiping of blinds and baseboard. The next day, I was asked about my service and I said the ladies did great and came on time but that the master shower room was not as clean as I had hoped. The person never acknowledged my concern nor even said sorry. I was shocked. They continued asking what form of payment I would use for the service (they already have my card on file from the time of booking). I followed my intuition and asked for the total more of a confirmation for me. My second shock was when the person said it was $428.67, which was more than the $352.67 I was quoted ($321.67 online at the time of booking + $31 from Bella). When I informed the person of this, they sent me a screenshot of my service and once again never acknowledged my concern that I was misquoted. Customer service may not mean much to folks but it means a lot to me. If a person is representing your company, you should own up to any mistakes that person makes while they're performing their duties. There was no sense of ownership or a simple acknowledgement of both my issues and definitely no apology. An apology at the time I raise the concerns to them would have sufficed. At the end of the day, the difference in the dollar amount is insignificant when you add taxes (and btw, taxes are not included in your quote just so you know), but customer service matters a great deal to me. For those reasons, I rate their overall service as 3 stars, and will continue my search for another cleaning company.
