I called and asked about a grass warranty issue and requested a credit since they were not coming to do lawn maintenance for the week. THEY REFUSED to warranty their work. When I gave a negative review, they cancelled my service and REFUSED to give me a refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I give them a 5, not perfect, but no one is. When I have had issues they have done everything they can to fix it. I use them for weekly lawn service and for Christmas lights. Been over 2 years and will continue to use their service, I would recommend.

These guys do an excellent job! I love coming home to a well manicured yard! They did mulching and trimmed all the shrubs a couple of months ago, looks amazing! Definitely would recommend!!

I've been using Ryno Lawn Care for a while now, and they have never no showed for services scheduled, never over-charged me for services performed, and they have my lawn looking great. Their people, whether on the phone or in person, are really professional. James, the tech who often services my lawn is a customer service wizard! You can tell he truly cares about people and doing things right. I have the utmost respect for a company that does what it promises, and does it in such a way that puts a smile on your face. Honestly, this company is head and shoulders above all the others.

I've been with Ryan for eight years, he does my lawn and flower beds. I've never had an issue with his work or his workers. In fact his work has been outstanding. In addition to the quality of his work it's the care that they take in their work. In eight years they have only damaged one sprinkler head and they repaired that the next day. That might not sound like much to some but I have seven stations and well over fifty heads. Eight years, weekly mowing, over fifty heads and only one damaged. That is pretty amazing in my book.

I love not having to worry about them showing up!! Or doing a spectacular job. The communication is beyond belief and they response to everything promptly -10+! My lawn is looking great. We had them resod the entire yard last year and they have maintained it since. I can't imagine changing to anyone else - they have done such an incredible job.
They are always in communication regarding fertilization, weed killing and when to water after the application. They monitor and communicate the health of your lawn as well. They are so confident in their crews they give you the names of who serviced your property. The crew is consistent, you know who is coming! Landscape is a huge investment and they protect it for you. Thank you all!!
