From the first phone call, Nate and his team were very responsive and professional. They kept us in the loop every step of the process. When they were finished replacing our roof, he had his team literally walk up and down the street looking for nails and debris that might have fallen. Not just in our lawn either! Freeman Roofing and Construction has been working for my roof replacements and other storm damages restoration for years. I cannot be more happy and satisfied with any job done for my house restoration. They have been doing very clean work and best quality work for me for years. The crew was polite, efficient, honest, and clean! I was also very pleased that he was able to fit my roof replacement in within 24 hours of coming to check the roof damage- with Texas weather being so unpredictable, I didn’t want the damaged roof to have to sustain another storm. Freeman Roofing replaced the roof on my home and I couldn't be happier. He worked together with my insurance company to ensure everything that needed repair was included in my claim. Nate went above and beyond and not only replaced the roof with a higher quality shingle, but also replaced the decking for the roof and the rain gutters! Nate went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for me. He even came to my office on a few occasions for paperwork/payment etc. so I did not have to leave work. Nate Freeman Roofing was the most professional and reasonably priced roofer I found in North Dallas.
The owner was willing to work on my time frame.
I never felt rushed or pressured.
The Supervisor and crew arrived on time and provided everything they needed including a dumpster for the removal of trash.
The results were fantastic and high quality. They went over and above to coordinate paint color and complete the job on time.

Freeman Roofing & Construction is a Contractor with a heart that cares.We recently had a hail storm, and Nate came out to meet our Insurance Adjuster to go over the damages and explain what needs repaired. Nate worked with the Insurance Adjuster and went above and beyond by continually communicating with our Insurance Adjuster about repairs. Not only was roof repaired, but Nate noticed that the chimney had some wood root that could have caused a leak, and he immediately came out to wrap the chimney to protect the potential leak. Now we have an improved higher quality chimney and roof. We also decided to have a new fence installed which turned out beautiful.

Nate Freeman and his company did some work on my roof and drywall. They were very efficient and responded immediately. His prices were very reasonable and fair. He answered any questions that I had and he was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way anyone could understand. I was lucky enough to find Nate a handful of years ago when I chose him to replace our roof, gutters and do other repairs after a major hail storm. I had only replaced one roof prior to that and let's just say that I had had a less than enjoyable experience with the roofer I chose.
Nate, however, is a master of customer service as he listens to the owner's concerns, pays great attention to detail and quality, and personally oversees each phase of any project. If I found something was not quite up to par (for my standards anyway), Nate made it right as he approaches each project just like he would if the crew were working on his own home.

This spring, he and his crew just completed a major restoration project inside our home. The results were in line the with quality and timeliness that we had come to expect and we are very pleased with the result. He also took the burden of working with the insurance company off of me to ensure that our home was put back together as it had been before the damage.

If good customer service, respect and an eye for quality are high on your list for selecting contractors - I highly recommend that you give Nate a call!

Nate is a fantastic contractor, and really enjoyable to interact with. Him and his crew are very professional and do great work. On top of that, Nate makes a point to help his community, and has donated to medical facilities and first responders to help keep us safe. He started out as our local neighborhood contractor, but has definitely become a friend.

They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nate even doubled the people working on the roof job to finish in 1/2 day because he knew we had dogs. Nate and his team were great to work with on a roof repair. The work was exceptional but what struck us about the experience was their customer advocacy. We were dealing with a particularly difficult insurance adjuster and the experience was complicated by an inexperienced 3rd party inspector. Nate Freeman roofing went above and beyond making multiple trips to the home and joining several frustrating and unnecessary conference calls with the insurance provider. In the end, our claim was approved, a new roof was installed, and Nate Freeman construction has yet another highly referenceable client that will call on them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who asks.

No one wants to spend money on a roof, but somehow nate made it easy. He worked with me on repairs for a 21 year old roof until I could get the entire roof replaced.

He was totally fair and honest with his pricing and was done inside a day, no debris left behind and a perfect roof to show off.

I'll be back to freeman construction for future house repairs to be sure.

I have used this company for over 15 years on multiple properties and I have had great service every single time. This company does great work. They are not storm chasers and will not be knocking on doors for business. you have to call them if there is storm damage or if you suspect a storm damage. Once you call, they will come and do an excellent job. You will not be disappointed in their work.

Nate was extremely helpful in getting my new roof installed before I closed on my house. He added, at my request, new gutters in a wonderful color that transitions from the onyx roof and the cement colored Hardie siding. He also got my ripped screens and had my fence completely power washed on both sides after having it masterfully restrained. He told what he was going to do, did what he said he would do and reviewed everything with me. He also interfaced with the claim with my insurance company, providing a flawless experience. I especially liked him having a foreman on site during the roofing project. This was someone to talk to and the foreman made sure that they would NOT hit my a/c line with a nail. My previous contractor did not care and did just that, leaving me with an additional $4000 expense. Nate’s foreman made sure this would NOT happen.

We could not be happier with Nate and his crews. Nate helps me to easily pick colors (my most hated task) with pictures and communicates clearly on schedules so we can plan around locking the dogs in and being home when needed. This round of work was a fence standing and exterior house painting with all of repairs that were needed. It all looks great! Next up is front door replacement!
