On 09/30/20, Salomon Karr came to my house to explain my specific benefits of switching to solar energy. He spent more than hour answering my questions patiently. He did not try to oversale. I confidently started the process of getting solar panels through Solar Sales of North America.

Today, 01/21/21, my system has been activated and is running smoothly.

Between September and January, there were minor details but during the whole process, Salomon was there make sure everything got done correctly. One example is when they installed the panels, the crew put conduits up on the roof instead of installing the wires through the attic. After I called Salomon, asking him about that, he immediately started looking into it and the crew came back to change that. He was there from beginning to end.

Two brokers from Trojan / Solar Sales of North America came to my door knowing I went with a private solar company to install panels on my roof. The first broker was being rude to me saying I did not do good research about the tax credit from the federal government in which I have spent many hours researching myself. 10 minutes after the first broker left, another appeared asking what price I would need to go with Trojan and wanting my contact information as well as information on the contract I signed with the other company – I refused to give out that info. I felt harassed, insulted, and uncomfortable.

We are so happy we chose to go with Trojan for our solar panels. They have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to give a special shout-out to this company in particular three gentlemen named KC, Salomon and Edgar Martinez! Not only for their professionalism but for how well informed they are. Answering all and any questions, being patient with the customer and process during the continuous questions given during the proposal at the time. Most salesmen are interested in transactions but these three are interested in relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Edgar Martinez is my go-to. I highly recommend this guy. I've been thinking of going solar for a while now. Did some homework, called maybe 3-4 additional companies for quotes and by far this was the best pricing with an even better deal on financing. Got the system installed in a day and it went active yesterday. It's working pretty good so far, but the entire process was painless and can't think of any other way that could have been better. If you're thinking solar and have questions, call these guys up and they'll take care of you. On a side note, put my name in there as well, ;) Seriously, with the energy prices going up, this is almost a must. 25 plus years of saving money, can't beat it.

The crew at Trojan Solar are top notch. They care a lot about their clients and employees. They are quick to respond, are knowledgeable and put customers first.

I do not recommend this company. They sold me solar panels, got Texas Solar to install them and now they wash off their hands.
At the beginning it looked all good, but even for the installation I noticed they didn't care any more, their sales rep didn't even respond to my phone calls and now they said they are not responsible for nothing, they just sold the panels.

I sold 1 system for this company and did not get paid anything. Worst thing is the homeowner did not get what he was sold wich was spray foam insulation and solar screens.
Texas solar at the time was the solar installer for this job.
All I have gotten was the run around from the owner of this company. I will not stop here. Homeowner will also be trying to get what was promised.
This happened around 2 yrs ago. I stopped pursuing but now contacting outside help. I can not and will not let this go.

Stop trying to pass the buck on to Texas solar SMH

The outstanding technicians showed up to my house within an hour of me making a call to their company. They were able to quickly identify, address, and explain what issues I was having with my system. They then immediately started to correct my issues and get my system working again. This is an amazing team.
