Great service. Very prompt. Technician was very responsive to my request and I was very pleased with the results. The Technician just did a great job! The office personnel at Prestige Pool kept me informed of the schedule and any changes. Very pleased with everything about this company.

We woke up with a drained spa and the freeze protection mode running due to sub freezing temperature.
I contacted Prestige and they showed up within 2 hours to rectify the issue.
Thank you!! -
Chad did some repairs on my pool and was amazing! He was so detailed in telling me exactly what he was doing and how he was repairing it. It made me learn more about my pool and the process it takes to fix something .

Thanks for having such excellent Techs. Larry always does super, but I am not pleased with the installation date for the new pump. Waiting until Sept 12 means my pool will have sat without circulating for two weeks. Will a cleanup crew come out (at no charge) on that date to clean my pool? Please advise. Thanks.

Larry Crocker was very helpful and knowledgeable.. He not only got it back up and running, he showed me what the issue was and how to do this myself if it does it again.. Very helpful.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job that Chris Hamilton and Prestige did on our pool. The entire backyard turned out just like we designed with Zac Walsh. Chris could not have been more attentive and helpful for us. I would highly recommend Chris and Prestige to anyone looking to put in a pool.

Prestige designed and built our pool in 2018. We have used their weekly cleaning and maintenance services ever since, including semi- annual filter cleans. We have called upon Prestige every time we’ve had a pool, spa, or stone issue over the years. Prestige has an excellent customer centric culture. They are all very cordial and professional. Shout outs to Larry, Neal, Jason, Roxanne, Trevor, Jimmy, Jaxon, Amberly, Donna, Joshua, Sara, and Cameron, among others.
We appreciate you all! -
The technicians were great. Friendly, respectful, patient. Took the time to explain everything and answer questions. Took their time to do a great job and then test everything to ensure its working right. Both were very knowledgeable. Everything has been running great.

Wonderful experience. We purchased a home with a pool with no information left behind. They came and walked us through everything and helped us become more efficient. They are friendly and informative and never hesitate to answer any of the questions or make suggestions for efficiency

Prestige remodeled my pool when I moved in and has taken care of my weekly maintenance and all my repairs for 6yrs now. I have been very pleased with their service and attention to detail over the years.

This review is for Prestige Pool school and maintenance. Amberly did an amazing job going over every piece of equipment with me today and answering my endless questions. She is extremely knowledgable and kind. I feel so much more confident using my app with the pool and how the equipment works.
I also want to say a big thank you for Jason Varela over the maintenance department. He has been beyond patient with me as I am learning my pool and getting it looking perfect. He is always willing to answer questions and get the job done. Thank you to this winning team! -
Larry was very informative and took the time to answer my questions and making replacement installation go smoothly.
-
Both Neil, who did the intake call, and Jesse, the service technician who did the work, were great. No pressure, professional, honest, and a great finished product. I will absolutely be using them for any future pool needs.

In contrast to many of our experiences with Prestige, we are happy with the way this situation was handled and resolved. Trevor provided excellent service to diagnose and replace cleaner parts under warranty. He was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Donna worked behind the scenes to get the warranty claim filed in a timely manner which allowed us to have repairs in under two weeks from notification to completion.

We've been using them since they put in our pool in 2020. They have done a pretty great job overall. Service industries can be tough because you do have some turnover and everyone does things a little differently. I have found that if there are some things that might seem to be getting missed, they are good about correcting. No service provider gets it 100% all the time, but it's how they communicate and work with you is what is the true measure. Thus.... they got 5 stars.

Simple, plain, and basic! That's the concept that we wanted for our pool, and Prestige Pool & Patio delivered. Kevin Churchwell knocked it out of the park with the design of the project. He walked us through step, by step on all the different options that were available, and what we had to choose from with our budget. The build process wasn't the greatest but like any other construction project it has its bumps in the road. The project had taken a lot longer that what was told. I have to say though that the finished project was an inside the park home run and the wait was definitely worth it. Gene, the project manager was by far the best. He did a fantastic job and we thank him for that. Also upmost respect to the owner Eugene for going above and beyond on our project. He does his best to take care of the customers no matter what the problem may be. Hats off to the Prestige Team and to everyone that was involved. I see an outdoor kitchen/patio in the works coming at a later date and there is no other company that I could think to go with other than Prestige. Thank you!

Company has minimal predictability with pool build. No communication with staff, signed papers for pool build in February, finally dug pool in late May. Minimal communication to consumer and nothing of steps of the process, without consumer reaching out, huge delays, experience has been terrible.
*Update*
Pool is finished! Cassandra, Scott, Frank, and Greg did great work! Other names I won’t mention-not so great! Overall timeline was about 7 months with 6 weeks of nothing in the middle waiting on material! Frank helped when needed, even though it wasn’t his job, then came Greg! He showed up with communication and details-taking names and kicking a@@, and really closed out the pool as fast as needed-kids birthday next week! -
When signed our contract we were told 6-8 weeks. We understand that there are weather delays but it’s been almost 8 weeks and we are no where near being halfway done. They have this nice app that keeps you updated on what they are going to be doing daily which is great but completely useless because it changes multiple times a day. There will be 3+ nice days in a row and they don’t come. They schedule something on days that it rains. This is not just a once or twice occurrence this is all the time. This last week they finally got around to putting the tile on. I am so glad I worked from home that day because the tile was not even close to the tile we picked out. The tile guy was really nice and apologetic but it wasn’t his fault the wrong tile was ordered. We got in touch with Prestige right away and they found the tile we picked out but “someone” wrote down the wrong number. Luckily this tile was in stock and available for pickup that day in Dallas. Tile guy mentioned that they were also running behind due to the weather and his guys where working whenever they possibly could, including weekends. He also mentioned that this wrong tile that Prestige ordered was a special order so it took several weeks before he got it. The masonry and coping was contingent on that tile being completed. So there was more time wasted. So tile guy was able to come back the next day and everything is all good. Tile looks great! They were supposed to do masonry, coping and more electrical stuff this week. Could have done it Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday but then they schedule for Friday and then on Thursday (yesterday) it changed to next Monday. So it’s one week later and nothing has been done to my backyard. It was nice everyday but Wednesday. So not sure why they didn’t do anything? I keep getting told they are behind. I get that but then hire more people or don’t take on as many projects. My husband and I are extremely frustrated. We had so much confidence going into this project but now who knows when it will get done. Hopefully before the 4th of July.
Bottom line is I get it, weather happens they cannot control that but whoever schedules everything is not doing a very good job. Every time something has gone wrong they have made it right. There were a few complaints we had: the tile, my tree they were supposed to save and replant, our pergola that broke, they didn’t come drain our pool unless we asked them to and of course completion time. The pool needed to be drain a few weeks after the gunite was sprayed. We had 2 feet of standing water in there. Perfect mosquito breeding ground. They were like we didn’t know. Really? At this point it had rained multiple times, over those first few weeks. All that water is not going to evaporate. They fixed all these issues except of course the completion. I know once this pool is done it is going to be beautiful and hopefully worth all the stress. I just want to be able enjoy my backyard, rather than be confined to a 10’x10’ patio and a backyard where one side of fence isn’t torn down so all my neighbors can sit there and gawk at me. There is absolutely no privacy and my kids have a very tiny front yard to play in. Now I have to worry about them running out into the street and getting hit by a car. My problem is please keep us better informed and keep your stuff accurate. I don’t understand how you guys can’t schedule what crews goes where until the morning of? This seems completely inefficient. Once they decide to get our pool done I will update this review but at this time I am not satisfied with their communication skills. However the work they have done so far is very nice. The crews that come out are really nice but they leave trash in my backyard. All the sale associates are nice as well but of course they kind of have to be. -
Larry was great and took care of the issue at hand. Very thorough and followed up with his service findings and repairs. Prestige is awesome and always takes great care of us!

My husband and I are new to this pool-building thing and needed a lot of guidance. We read reviews on several companies and decided on Prestige--one of the best decisions we have made!!! Kevin Churchwell was our designer and came to look at our yard with us to better understand our needs and wants. The design was quickly done, easy to understand and very clean. He even provided 3-D color images from every angle and a video "look" at the design as if we were standing right there! Fast, professional, straightforward & very creative....
During the process, he had some great suggestions that changed our way of thinking and the result has been so much more than we dreamed it could be!!!
Example: I had asked for a flagstone surface. Kevin told me he "would be happy to build it just that way" if we insisted, but told us about flagstone as a material that gets very hot on bare feet! Who knew??!! He suggested travertine stone because it stays cooler in full sun, but also because the overall look would be more formal and clean looking and match the clean, square lines of our house. Oh My Gosh--it's stunning!!!
We also wanted some bar stools built into the pool. He, again, educated us..... He shared that the polaris would get wrapped around those built-in stools, and that he would gladly do them for us but wanted us to be aware of the results..... We opted against them!
In our estimation, he could have just said yes to all our crazy ideas and collected our money..... but he didn't! He is a man of integrity and he made our investment perfect!!
Thank you, Prestige and especially Kevin Churchwell!!! -
Not only are they four months behind schedule, there are items that were never discussed or included in the cost/agreement - like reconnecting irrigation, connecting gas to the grill/kitchen, re-attaching fence. One would think that if they are contracted to build a kitchen, and all water/electric/gas drops are available, that they would include the actual connecting of appliances, not with Prestige! So we have a grill, but they don't connect the gas and don't say anything until the end of the project. We have a sink, but not connected to the plumbing that is already there.
Weeks go by without any type of communication from Prestige - thinking this was an issue with the project manager or the team, but in escalating to Prestige leadership, there is no accountability.
Workers left urine-filled bottled on my back porch. Also caught one worker urinating in the back of my property. Workers have left gates open multiple times - after being told to please close them at the end of the day - and our dog has gotten out. Waste has been left on the porch and throughout the yard - dog ate the food and got sick. Workers have used my tools and equipment without asking - at least two hoses have been spoiled by Prestige. No respect for our property.
Workers/subcontractors show up at random times without any notice. Many of them in unmarked cars/trucks without any uniform -- this is a new development, so there was always a concern with random people showing up.
If I wasn't involved and constantly following-up, it would very difficult to get an update on any progress. Once project started, it took 2 months to get some type of timeline and the project transitioned to multiple project managers.
Prestige has built (or building) a couple of pools in our neighborhood and others have had similar experience.
