During on a very cold day, my electric unit wasn't working properly. I called a few HVAC professionals and no one could fit me in the schedule on a very cold day, obviously HVAC companies are busy. I called Audrain Heating & Cooling, they were able to fit me in the schedule and Id appreciate that especially I have kids to keep warm and cozy. The service is incomparable! They answered the phone on a weekend the first time I called. The Technician was very courteous and professional. He repaired my ac right; after having another company out twice earlier in the week.

It took me about 7 months of multiple calls an personal visits to business to get a quote for an install of a gas unit heater in garage. What they gave me was Uber inflated price and would not break down price and labor. SHADY

They are both dependable and kind. Our attic fan went out and we decided to call Audrains because they are always kind, respectful and do great work. Their service techs do a great job and are very friendly. Their price is very reasonable too.

I called first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment was pleasantly suprised when they could be here the same day.
