I contacted Assist Appliance and they got back to me that day. Max came out and replaced our disposal and fixed a belt on our dryer. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was also done at a very fair price. I have used them before and highly recommend them for your appliance repairs.

Adam was great. I didn’t get my microwave repaired but his customer service was great.

Max was great and got everything fixed at a good price will call back if something else breaks!!

I thought I had a dishwasher supply problem but instead it was a supply line for a bottle washer that had burst. The technician figured out the problem and fixed the issue. I am so pleased! Thank you for your hard work!

Great service. I’ve had Max out to repair microwave a couple of times (because I can’t find a replacement) due to a faulty circuit board and he’s very knowledgeable and quick. Very reasonably priced.

They show up when they say they will, charge fair prices, and do excellent work.

Outstanding service! Akim responded immediately and scheduled a technician the next morning. Daria arrived promptly, removed her shoes, and got right to work. This was not her first rodeo - she is very knowledgeable. She wasted no time in quickly diagnosing the problem, providing a fair estimate and told me she'd return after lunch with the replacement part. She kept in touch while away and had my 9 year old dishwasher working like new again! Highly recommended!

I use these guys a lot. They are responsive professional quick and have reasonable prices

Max was exceptionally competent and knowledgeable in his repair of my washer this afternoon. He completed the actuator repair in a short amount of time, re-calibrated my washer, and leveled the unit on the floor. I also appreciate his constant communication while enroute to my home as well as the same from your office. Your prices are fair and reasonable. Thank you again!

Max was awesome. He was very polite and did quick work!

They came the next day to repair my Jennair oven. The design makes it very hard to work on--nothing is accessible, but they did not give up. They stuck with it and got it up and running. Definitely would recommend.

You know how when you have a repairman, you never quite know what you’re getting. Well, with this company you CAN know you are getting the real deal. I’ve never found anything Max wasn’t fully knowledgeable about. He’s worked on my fridge and gas range and even when I thought I knew what was wrong he showed me what was REALLY wrong. First class service. Just can’t say enough good things about them.

Service tech Adam did a great job repairing our dishwasher. Knowledgeable, fast service, and courteous. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the repairs made to our washing machine by Assist Appliance. Max came out quickly and identified the problem. He gave us a price for the service before the work was done. He ordered the needed parts and fixed the issues we were having with the spin cycle. Max was very courteous and efficient. He explained what was wrong with our machine and completed the work in less than an hour. It has been three weeks since the repair was made, and our washer is running smoothly. The price charged for the repairs seems fair. We would recommend Assist Appliance to anyone needing appliance repairs.
