Super professional and timely. I was partially lucky in that they were near my home and arrived in 20 minutes from the time I called their office. They identified the problem promptly and are fixing it.

After realizing one of our A/Cs wasn’t cooling we knew we needed to do something…especially since our daughter was having an end of the school year celebration. Castle was able to get out within a few hours and get the system back up and running.

Josh, Allen, and their team did a phenomenal job identifying all problematic areas and providing multiple options to resolve the cooling issue we were facing. We had previously replaced our coils, but this time, they went above and beyond by not only replacing the two Lennox coils but also the plenum boxes, which made a significant difference in the quality of the work. Despite the challenges of working in our very tight attic space, they performed exceptionally well. They also discovered that the issue with our dampers, which several other repair companies had suggested needed replacement, was actually due to the controller board. Their quote was the most reasonable out of the three we received. With Josh, Allen, and the team at Castle A/C & Heating, you get knowledgeable, experienced professionals you can trust—something rare these days. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Technician was nice and seemed competent . Was quoted price of. $119 by the office staff over the phone when I called to ask what an ac annual checkout would cost. Final cost was $208. Technician stated he would talk to the office staff about it.
