Great response time. Guys who came out were very professional and made repairs as needed. Very fair pricing. Very fair pricing.

Called them on August 9th to have a couple of new outlets installed, a dead circuit repaired and ceiling fans installed. I was told they would call me the night before they came out. It's now August 23 and I haven't heard a word from them. I'm trying a different company tomorrow.

In response to Parker Electric - we had another company come out and get an estimate & work done is a timely manor. They had the common curtesy to at least show up, called when they were on their way, respond in a timely fashion with an estimate & completed work in less than 10 days. We’ve referred them to several neighbors too because you guys didn’t show up to them either.

We have had to call these guys for emergency/after hours issues 3 times now. They have always been responsive even after hours, they always arrive at our place promptly, and the prices are always fair. This last call was concerning our well pump. David Jones was the electrician on call. I called at 6pm, and he was out to the house and had the diagnosis on the well pump before 6:45. He was unfortunately unable to fix the problem, but he gave me the number for a well guy who likely can - which I really appreciated. These guys have always been great to work with; I highly recommend Parker Electric.

Never fails that mechanical issues arise just before a holiday. I called Parker Electric on Tuesday - got an appointment for the following day. James and Zeck arrived early. Very professional and informative. Fixed the problem and explained what needed to be done in the future to prevent it from happening again. James and Zeck were very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend Parker Electric.

I have used Parker Electric since purchasing my first home eight years ago. From projects large (replacing my fire-hazard Federal Pacific panel to a much safer panel) to small (installing a ceiling fan), their electricians have been professional, punctual, and helpful. For example, when installing safer wiring for my stove/oven, I had a broken clock - they took the panel off and reattached it at no charge.

I needed a 200 amp fuse and they sold me one. I was going to have to wait 2 days to get it from an electrical supplier.

Stopped by to leave my business card and politely ask if they had any equipment or surplus for sale. The lady at the front was friendly, but another man who I believe was the owner came out and told us to leave and even said he wanted to hit me over the head with a baseball bat. That kind of response was very unprofessional and unnecessary.

I understand businesses can have bad experiences with people, but it wasn’t me. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.
