George showed up earlier than planned, Professional, went above and beyond in getting things right. Had to climb the roof, get inside the attic to get the vent completely cleaned. Showed the video through the vent before cleaning. My dryer has smart diagnostics and when I ran it after cleaning, it showed no more alerts yayy!! Was a breeze getting the service done. Would highly recommend.

George and his son Joe made an excellent job with our vents. They have top of the line equipment to brush the inside of the ducts, not only blowing air or vacuum the debris but really doing a deep cleaning. Very punctual and respectful with our home and stuff. He asked me if I will like to see the ducts before and after, and also the screen with the mini camera they use to make sure everything is done correctly. At the end they spray a pet friendly product that goes all around the duct system to kill odors, and other nasty things. I definitely recommend DCResolutions!

Had floor air vents that were hardly getting any air flow. I contacted DC Resolutions, George and Joe were able to replace the damaged air ducts located in a very tight crawl space under the house. After all the damaged ducts were repaired, they cleaned the air ducts for all three HVAC systems as well as the dryer vent. This was as multi day project, but George and Joe knocked it out without interruptions to our daily routine. I was so pleased to find DC Resolutions, George and Joe were great, arrived at the scheduled times, were very thorough, neat, and complete clean up as they went throughout the home.
