I just had the best experience with Metro Service AC. After some trouble with another vendor, they came out and it was a world of difference. Polite, professional, respectful. Carefully walked though and explained exactly what they were doing, was very direct about pricing and options, crystal clear communication, no upsell, no scare tactics, just straight and honest.

Extremely fair pricing. The technician even found and sealed the leak that I had been struggling with since it was by the work area. Amazing.

I would not hesitate to recommend them. Call these guys first!

We are very happy with the quality of service provided by Metro Service team . We had an A/C issue for which we contacted David . The response was very quick and professional. Anibal, Gomez and team from Metro Service were there at our home the very next day and completed the service by the end of the day. They were very professional and effective in their work and response.

David was professional and attentive. The serviceman arrived on time assessed my ac condition and did repairs. Quick and correct.
The best review I can give is they will get my call the next time I have an issue. For once I don't feel taken advantage of. It was comfortable.

David and the tech were both professional and responsive. I was very appreciative of the fast response and couldn’t help to come leave them a good review. It’s a shame there aren’t many more! I will be calling them again before summer to replace my coil unit! I was happy to hear they have finance options! I will definitely recommend them.

I have used Metro Service twice now (for two different issues - a control board fix and a coil replacement) and both times, they have provided me with great communication and fair, honest, & transparent pricing. David (the owner) is very communicative throughout the process and is great at explaining the work that needs to get done. Anytime I have AC or heating issues in the future, Metro Service will be my first call.

My landlord used this company last summer and they replaced our system. We started having issues a week ago. They misdiagnosed the issue 3 times. They no showed on the 4th visit. On the 5 and final visit they finally got it done but not before they “left to get parts” for 4 hour. When I called David to get answers, he hung up on me and refused to answer my calls or texts. This place is garbage.
