This company was hired to mow the lawns in our HOA.

The work provided was below satisfactory. This company was under equipped and severely under staffed as well.

With our personal business, if we can't handle the job, we don't take the job; liability issues.

We did encourage this company to quit to save face, but the owner refused, as he had the backing of a rogue HOA president.

Another observation, some of the pictures on this companies website, can be found other places on the internet, why not be original?

Utter disaster. Used a 2-3 person team to cut the lawns and edge 196 homes - plus all the common areas. What took the previous company 1 day, took these guys all week; and it was never done right.

There is absolutely no way they made any money working on our lawns for what they quoted; not taking a full week to do the work each week.

Clipping not picked up, shrubs not trimmed, edging never finished, lawns skipped (the following week these lawns were over 5" tall), and piles of dead grass left on the lawns.

They would also stop in the middle of a lawn to take a long lunch. Showing up at 10 instead of early morning to work. After enough complaints they actually blew the clipping left all over the street against the curbs instead; never bothered picking them up of course. That's against Garland City Code.

They could not have been more unprofessional if they tried.
