Josh R. came out today for follow-up service on a pest control matter. He was extremely personable, answered all of my questions and showed pride in the work he was performing! He carefully removed a skunk that was caught in my live trap. I'd recommend him for future jobs.

Jamie is very professional and does a great job representing Berrett! I appreciate that Berrett will work with our schedules to get our house serviced. We have been with Berrett since early 2000’s- won’t go anywhere else!!!

My intent was to comment that my technician, Maurice did a very professional and thorough job. Cameras confirmed. When I spoke to him personally, he was kind and polite. Even offering sympathy for my long time fur baby that I lost. I have been with Berrett for as long as I can remember. Good service.

This was our first experience with this company and Michael was our tech. He was personable and listened to my concerns. He respected my wish to keep an orb weaver spider and her eggs and to keep that area safe for her. I will update as we go but so far I’m pleased! Their terms were much better than any other company I called!

Lulu was pleasant to be around. She was easy to talk to (great personality) and seriously listened to our needs concerning our rodent problem. She (bravely!!!) went up in the attic and showed us the photos of what is going on with the rats. She explained what would need to be done and assured us that Barrett will take care of the problem. Her drawing of the house explaining where the entry points are was thorough and helpful. Lulu just got your company a new client! If there had been more stars, I would have given her more. We are ready to get this done!

Their technician was prompt and super friendly and drove all the way out to the country where I live to look at a situation that they knew they probably couldn't take care of. Even though Berrett couldn't solve my problem, they were super helpful with advice and told me who I needed to contact, all for no charge. Very professional.
