We have an under geek squad warranty on Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The top rack adjusters broke and the track bar would not fit properly - after a few years. I was able to replace the adjusters, but they sent a repair person for the track bars. Appliance Express was the contractor for geek squad. Jonathan introduced himself and came in with all of the necessary tools and parts. He offered to put shoe covers on which we always appreciate. He was also masked. I explained the problem on the way to the kitchen. He got to work immediately and tried to get the top rack to fit into the slide arm track bar. After a few minutes, he decided to change the right side arm. He had to pull out the washer and unscrew the arm from the side. When the part was replaced, it worked great. Jonathan cleaned up the area with a towel. Then he want the extra mile and gave us information and answered questions on water softener effects on a dishwasher, excess soap, tablets vs. liquid soaps, stains on glasses, etc. He reminded us that we should get the hot water running at the faucet near the dishwasher or we will heat our own water at 8 amps. Good to know. My lady is very informed in this area and told me later she learned some ideas to try. We are going to get rid of the tablets as they are too much soap for super soft water that our new Rheem water softener puts out. We will try a greatly reduced amount of liquid soap. Jonathan also talked about cleaning cycles, etc. Overall, excellent service. Jonathan and Appliance Express were great to work with. I would hire them again.

He came to our home a few weeks ago and basically knew what the problem was even before stepping through our door. He came with the part in hand and fixed it right up.
