James was early and quickly repaired our washing machine under an open recall. He was very professional in his work and courteous in answering our questions. We weren't charged for the visit.

Lou was very helpful in explaining the issue and helped to look for troubleshooting ideas for future problems. He was polite and professional. The problem was resolved satisfactorily

Joe is doing the best he can to figure out what the problem is, but for some reason we are still getting the error codes. He has done everything but replace the motor. Whirlpool technicians are guessing at what the problem might be. Joe is still a great technician.

James was very detailed in explaining what needs to be done on the phone call. Followed his instructions. Dishwasher up and running!

Got messaged that the tech was going to be early, he arrived exactly when they said he would. After a short discussion of the issues..he checked the fridge and determined the problem. Got the part from his truck and the repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. Awesome service, tech was very job oriented and professional.

Home Serve sent Appliance Express out to fix my stove. The cooktop light was staying on. Tyler arrived on time and I received 2 phone calls prior to his arrival. One letting me know he was en route and another that he was 15 minutes out. He was very nice, very respectful of my home and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. This is the first time I used Home Serve and I’m very pleased.

It took several days to schedule a repairman, however, he did a good job evaluating and explaining the issue when he arrived for the appointment. Turned out the issue was not with my gas range, so although I paid a very pricey fee, it was reassuring to know that the problem was not with the range.

I have to take a moment to recognize Joe Z. from Appliance Express for his outstanding service in repairing our washer, which had been down for over two months due to multiple parts being on backorder—largely because of current tariffs.

Appliance Express went above and beyond by thoroughly identifying every part that needed replacement and promptly reporting it all to the manufacturer. This allowed me to simply follow up with Maytag for status updates.

Once the parts finally arrived, they scheduled our service within three days. Joe, the technician assigned to the job, essentially rebuilt our washer like new—at no additional cost to us. Thankfully, the warranty covered everything.

Joe also took the time to explain what likely caused the breakdown and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again. The world could definitely use more service professionals like Joe—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring about the customer experience.

Miguel was technician that repaired our oven. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable and had our job completed in just a few minutes. I am always skeptical of service like this. He deserves high marks and I do not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Had the best experience with this company. Best customer service & great at communicating! Needed my washer fixed,they followed up ,letting me know when part would arrive,& when it did,they called & scheduled a time right away. Andrew came out today & repaired it & it works great!

Appliance Express did an excellent job for us. Scott diagnosed the problem and Daniel installed the replacement part. Both were timely, courteous and efficient. The whole process was very efficient and effective.

I had discussed with Paul the issue I was having with the washer as it was not going from wash to rinse, especially the bulk/sheets cycle and occasionally the regular wash cycle. Paul sent Andrew out with both the cold water and the hot water valve. Andrew changed these out and right now, the cold water valve appears to be the issue. Appreciate the work Miguel started and Andrew completing due to Miguel being sick with the flu. I appreciate Paul and Appliance Express following through to get this solves.

Tim is always quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He is prompt, courteous, personable and above all very knowledgeable. He also takes time to educate regarding the issue.

I had a great experience with this business and I’d be happy to refer them to anyone I know. After I reached out to Whirlpool about a recall on my washing machine, they were easy to contact and we scheduled an appointment ASAP. They kept me informed about the part they needed to order. it was delayed, so they promptly reached out and they rescheduled the appointment to the next available day! The technician called when he was on the way, was very polite, was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Said it was gonna be a super easy fix and it was. thanks appliance express and thanks to whirlpool for making it as easy as it could be for getting a recall on my washer fixed in no time! Verified it was what was wrong , and since under the specific recall was no charge!

Tyler was very helpful and explained everything to me. He showed me what had gone wrong and told me that he would order the part right away. He told me the part was on backorder but that the company would be in contact with me as soon as it came in. He is definitely an asse to the company.
