The team at Cox Electric is fantastic. Everyone in the whole organization is first class. Their estimates are fair and they work really hard at making sure everything is just right. This group is a stand out in all phases of the process. I highly recommend them.

Great service by James and DJ! Thank you, gentlemen, for getting everything into working order (hanging a new porch fan, adding an electrical plug for a new TV mount, and replacing a kitchen light ballast). So quick and so professional....and at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!! Thanks again!

Clear communication throughout the process and they were here and ready to start work exactly when we discussed. They completed everything from start to finish in a few hours and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up as well. Would definitely recommend Cox Electric!

The team was professional and prompt with excellent service. I had to have wiring done and security cameras installed. They were very knowledgeable, and I even had a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Cox for all your electrical needs.

Cox Electrical Service Review
Cox Electrical Service came out the same day to repair my breaker and reconnect the master power to my furnace in the attic. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.
The technicians were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciate their prompt response and quality work. I highly recommend Cox Electrical Service for anyone needing fast, reliable electrical repairs or service! -
I have used Cox Electric in the past so I am a repeat customer. However, they just lost me. I had someone come out and troubleshoot why my exterior outlet wasn’t working. He pushed the gfci button on my front porch outlet and charged me $200. That seems absolutely ridiculous! And THEN prompted me to offer the electrician a tip. Here’s a tip, don’t charge people exorbitant prices for a 2 minute easy fix. That should have been a $50 service call at best .

Requested a quote to install a 50amp generator inlet and breaker interlock for my home for power outages. Received a response from Lois the next day I believe, told me to send an email with info and pictures to James. Has been a week and no response! Went with another electric company and they already got the job done. This is not how business should be done by not responding to potential customers!
Updated: Then that should be explained to the potential customer by the person that gave the initial instructions by text or automatic reply when email sent with all information requested. This would avoid a potential customer thinking they are being ignored and a bad review for your company!
