Matt- Very knowledgeable technician and so great to have a repair service explained so well that you feel very confident in their capabilities that the work will be completed with solid repairs. I’m very glad I called and got my appointment with Matt!

Matthew was great, came out the same day I contacted him. However I have a labor warranty and Mccullogh is not part of that labor warranties AC companies, so I was not able to use them.

Matthew was knowledgeable and quick at diagnosing the issue. He seemed to know the health of the compressor by hearing it for a few seconds. McCullough charged about $1K less than the quote from another company. Additionally, they lent us a window ac unit for several days! Highly recommend them and will be using them going forward for any HVAC repairs.

Jensen and his crew provided exceptional customer service! They were all extremely professional and polite. I needed a new ac unit and they were able to install one within a day with no issues and at a fair price. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. I definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!

Matt did an excellent job of explaining the issues that were present in my unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and as I consumer, I felt good about the assessment.

Mathew did a preventive maintenance look at my AC units. He was quick, and knowledgeable and gave me some advice for helping to get as many years out of my system as possible. Would recommend.

I put in a request last night (Monday-Memorial Day) & Matt called early this morning (Tuesday) & said he could be here in 15 minutes...Wow...that's never happened to us before! He quickly diagnosed both problems, found us a more reasonable option on the fan motor & checked other components for any issues. We are of "an age" (lol) where we have had a lot of experience with service repairs & I've never seen anyone hustle like Matt. Thanks Matt!

I can not put into words how extremely happy we are with McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning! 🤩
We had our house built in 2007. The air conditioning was great. It didn't last long. We've had air conditioning problems for at least a decade and a half. We've gone through no less than 3 HVAC companies and so many more theories and repairs... EXPENSIVE REPAIRS. Then they had to come back nearly every year for recharging, leaks, and breakdowns.
This time we called McCullough Heating & Air and BINGO!! They had Matt, the technician, out the next morning. He explained everything he could do, gave us options, and recommended that we talk to their HVAC architect, Jensen.
Jensen is the ac G.O.A.T! Matt explained exactly why our 2nd floor rooms were never the right temperature. (Cold in the Winter/ Hot in the Summer) He walked us through everything aspect of our system... Why this worked and that didn't. Then he presented options to repair our system. On the day of service, Jensen was right there to see to our system being handled. After that... holy North Pole, Santa! Jack Frost ain't got nothing on this house!!
Jensen even came back out when something wasn't quite right... over the weekend... NO CHARGE ON HIS DAY OFF! This guy is serious when it comes to his work. That includes going above and beyond with some serious customer service. 👏 Let's give McCullough Heating and Air AND Jenson a big old round of applause!

The service personnel are awesome and once again did a great job. The email is not actually mine, but my mom's. I am Tammy and I live in Georgetown. Over the years I have lived here I have used three different companies. This one though is a keeper!

What a great experience we had with Jensen Sexton and his installation crew. Jensen came out and gave us a detailed evaluation of our old HVAC. Then he outlined three options for a new unit and the process to make sure the new unit met the new permit specs and requirements. Detailed professional installation team did a great job in the install and Jensen helped out with the install and walked us through the entire installation and the new control panel. We highly recommend McCullough if you need HVAC service.

AC went out and I placed a call to McCullough Heating & AC at about 7:10 am. Very professional on the phone and Matt was at my door around 9am. We needed a new motor and Matt went to get it, installed it and checked everything and was done by 11:10 am. Will be our AC go to from now on!

Matt and Jensen were both an enormous help in getting my AC working again. Highly recommended.

Great service above and beyond best describes Jensen and his team. If you are needing assistance with your home I highly recommend the team at McCullough Heating and Air Conditioning in Georgetown. While nobody wants to have to replace their HVAC, this service is top notch. Jensen made improvements to the house and Mike and Bryce are true professionals. Love this team!

Matthew was super knowledgeable and did everything possible to answer all our questions thoroughly. We highly recommend this company. The pricing was fair and the explanation of what was needed was given in detail along with our options. They were able to get us an appointment on the same day during their busiest season.
