Matt was wonderful. Came in, diagnosed the problem, a faulty capacitor. He had the replacement in the van. Then he told me the cost of the part and visit. I was expecting another zero on the bill. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Jensen came to my house after hours because my AC was blowing hot, he tuned it up and addressed all issues. AC is blowing cold. I will absolutely call McCullough for all my AC needs next time. Top notch!

I am so, so very happy with McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning in Georgetown, Texas and your company's whole process from your scheduling phone receptionist to your a/c technician! It was all so great! I was serviced in the same day that I finally called. (I really was not expecting that! I thought I was going to have to wait days and days to get seen!) I like the service charge idea of $79. if nothing wrong is found and I can understand the extra $50. service charge on extended hours service. The billing and invoicing ended up being very user friendly and efficient. I am so thankful for you all! I will be recommending you to my boss! I will be recommending you to my church, FB, and all of the friends and acquaintances that I can think of!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with McCullough replacing our ac unit. They were quick to come out and look at the problem and then set up a time to come and do the work. Jensen and the technicians were very friendly, they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They used drop cloths to protect our floors and replaced the whole system very quickly. Their communication throughout the process was great. I would definitely recommend them!

Matt showed up on time for our service appointment, and called beforehand to give me an ETA for his arrival. He was courteous, professional, and he answered a few questions I had about our system in detail. He was able to complete the service promptly and confirm that everything was working perfectly. I would highly recommend McCullough for AC/Heating needs, and I can certainly vouch for Matt given our experience with him.

My AC was not cooling properly, impressed by McCulloch’s advertisements, I called for a diagnostic evaluation of my unit. Jensen Sexton came to my house on Monday in response to my request. He is just the nicest person and I immediately had confidence in his diagnosis and his analysis of the issues with my AC. He took plenty of time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable of my needs. I decided to explore the possibility of a new unit and he immediately created 3 replacement proposals.
My new unit was installed today, Thursday, 3 days later. Jensen, Michael, and Bryson arrived on time and got right to work. The installation and cleanup was done in a professional manner. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Of coarse the in this Texas heat my AC goes out. I call McCullough and immediately get through to make a service call appointment. They came out the very next morning. I had the pleasure of meeting Matt the service tech. He quickly got to action reviewing all components, inside, attic, and outside. Diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and cleaned up the AC unit. He gave education about what he was doing as well and some recommendations to prevent any further issues. It was a pleasant interaction after the pain of loosing cold AC! Thank you!

This is the best AC Company in Georgetown. They are fast and reliable, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the technicians are the nicest in the business. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are and how quickly they can solve your issues. I’ve had two emergencies over the last year, including one that caused a water leak in my attic and they were able to come within the same day (weekday) or on a Sunday to root cause and fix. Jensen is extremely knowledgeable and such a nice person, transparent with pricing. You never feel like you’re being taken advantage of like with other companies. Highly recommend.

McCullough & technician Matthew Downing are the best!
My cooling unit stopped yesterday on the hottest day of hottest month of the year.
I had to spend $500 for 2 portable units for the evening.
Matthew arrived AM, identified the issue and as always, communicated the findings to me.
McCullough will confirm that Matthew is my preferred tech and I specifically request him for problems and annual contract visits.

Great experience overall. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, upfront with what was going to happen and how long it would take. The technicians showed up on time, made sure that covers were added to not damage or dirty the carpet. The install was fast. Started just after 8am, cleaned up and finished by 3pm. All in all a great experience even though we didn't want to purchase a new unit yet they certainly made the process worry free and were very helpful. Certainly a company to recommend to others.

Matt was very professional and informative in helping me understand my options to address my AC situation. He suggested a follow up with a salesperson which will happen today. Thanks

It's been a great pleasure working with McCULLOUGH Heating and Air Conditioning.
Our A/C went out on Labor Day Weekend and Jensen came over on Sunday. Of a holiday weekend! He was pleasant and even loaned us a compressor fan, which he installed, until they were able to replace the whole thing.
On the day of installation, Michael and Bryc arrived early and worked swiftly until around 2. They were easy to talk to and very friendly. Jensen also came by and helped out. They did an outstanding job and I love my new A/C. Many thanks to Jensen, Michael and Bryc!!!

I needed my Ac replaced Asap, Jensen and his crew were able to install for me a new AC in a day, very professional and responsive. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We experienced AC outage on a very hot weekend. After a reasonable time the technician diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. Yikes! Wait, we were still under warranty. It was an overnight matter but techs arrived and installed the compressor the following day. Thanks McCullough for taking care of us in a friendly and professional manner.

Matthew Downing was our tech. He went up and above to provide excellent service. He serviceour unit and was proctive to makemsuremit worked correctly. We had great followup due to Matthew's active service knowledge.

Matt at McCullough was great and fast. I had called another company first, but they wanted to switch out the entire unit because of a leak in the condensor coil. Matt was able to quickly and permanently repair the leak. He had it finished in a couple of hours instead of days and at less than half the price.

I was out of town working and when I returned home the house was hot. Not, what I expected when returning home. I reached out to McCullough to schedule and they were able to have a stop and diagnose the system. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and updated me on the upcoming changes in 2025. Had the unit repaired quickly. Noting that my unit is 20 years old and probably ready to be upgraded. So I am giving this serious consideration because of the excellent service today.

Then after speaking with the sales rep, replaced my 20+ year old unit. Scheduled the day, the
McCullough team/crew removed the old and installed the the new one. The crew worked efficiently, communicating clearly, and cleaned the area once complete. Overall, very satisfied, easy to work with and clarity communications was perfect. I can recommend McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning without hesitation. Updated Nov 11 2024.

Jensen and his team at McCullough are excellent at their jobs, but more importantly genuinely nice people. They handled a new AC install in expert fashion, walked us through all features, and came out a couple of times to help us fine tune things.
