Great customer service, good communication, fair pricing, and quick service. The Tree Scouts folks were in and out in less than an hour, hauled off all the wood, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Tree Scouts Tree Services. They were professional and did an excellent job pruning our trees and removing the dead ones. We really appreciated how they took extra care to clean their tools between trees to prevent the spread of disease. And after they finished, the cleanup was so thorough, it was as if they were never there!

We are so pleased by the work that Tree Scouts did in our yard this week! Erek was very helpful with providing advice as to the best steps to be taken with our trees. We have a big yard and many trees, so it was a big job. His crew was great and did a wonderful job of removing a very large dead tree, removing dead limbs and trimming limbs that had snapped during the big ice storm. They did a great job with clean up too!

Bonus: Our grandson LOVED watching the wood chipper!

Had a great experience with the Tree Scouts and their team. They cleaned up 3 big trees for me that had overgrown over the years. By far they are the best tree service that I have had over here. The team climbed high up safely and addressed every request. It was good to have Erek’s knowledge to ensure the trees were cut correctly. Definitely recommend.

Tree Scout Service was awesome! From start to finish, hassle free! We needed a tree on our property taken care of ASAP due to more storms rolling in and causing potential damage to our neighbors roof. Pretty sure Erek could hear the panic in my wife's voice as she was letting him know we needed some help. Erek did not hesitate and did everything he could to get us the help we needed and had a crew arrive the next day! Not to mention the price was very reasonable! Definitely recommend!

Great team of efficient and professional workers. They did a great job removing this tree which was infested and diseased and were helpful with obtaining a city permit. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Erek, Zack, and the crew with Tree Scouts Tree Service are very courteous and professional from the first call, to setting up a free on site estimate. To being honest and not trying to charge for work that isn’t necessary. They use necessary safety equipment and do the job right at a competitive price and I was amazed at the skill level the crew had making them get it done way faster than expected. This tree was over the neighbors fence and a large section over the top of our roof which made us nervous every storm.

I hired Tree Scouts to trim a number of trees that had a lot of dead wood and have needed to be cleaned for years now. Their crew arrived on time and finished the job doing fantastic work! I couldn't be more pleased!

My previous tree service company was no longer in Austin so I did an AI search for a tree service with good reviews in the Cedar Park area. The first recommendation was Tree Scouts Tree Service - in which it stated that the owners graduated from Cedar Park High School. That was the school my kids graduated from. So I thought “I need to give them a chance!” They were great! Both Zak and Erek were very nice and professional. Erek was very knowledgeable. The workers were also quick and thorough. Plus, they did a great job of cleaning up - leaving our yard spotless. Thank you! Recommend!

Tree Scouts are a great company. They were flexible enough to accommodate their services to my work schedule. They did a great job pruning my 3 trees and cutting an unnecessary tree that was growing by my shed. They did a fast, clean and safe job. They have great attention to detail. Tree Scout helped clean some of the areas of the tree growing into my neighbors house. Tree Scouts will be the company I will be contacting going forward, thank you.

Erek was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We moved into a new home and wanted to preserve the beautiful trees we have. During our free estimate visit Erek gave us helpful guidance on when to remove the stakes for newer trees as well as mulching and other tips. All before we even committed to using them for trimming!

The estimate was very fair and reasonable. We scheduled for the following week and couldn’t be happier with the results. We were grateful we made it a priority before a freeze because there were a lot of dead limbs to remove. Highly recommend Tree Scouts!! Already referred our neighbor to them!!

My wife has been after me for a few years to do this and honestly, I thought the backyard was fine. Was I ever wrong…Erek was knowledgeable, caring, and punctual. He took a lot of time to explain and answer all of my questions and his crew is top-notch. I can’t say enough about how amazing my backyard looks. Even my neighbors were complementary. Oddly enough, the most impressive job was the cleanup. These guys pay a lot of attention to detail and I was very impressed with their work and their work ethic. I had Erek, the owner of the company come out and give a quote to trim two trees. I accepted the very reasonable quote and Josh and his crew were out the next day. They definitely knew how to trim the Live Oak and my Red Oak and they both looked great and they cleaned up the yard where any leaves and twigs were laying. When it comes to trimming these trees again I will use them. I highly recommend this company for your tree trimming needs!
