Such a ripoff! $95.00 service call to tell me what I attempted to avoid when I made the appointment and asked a few questions and they told me should be no problem to do what you want accomplished. Guy got here and told me what I wanted could not be done. Called office again and they couldn’t care less and I am a multiple repeat customer to boot. Very disappointed.

Very pleased with Justice Plumbing. I called for a backed-up kitchen sink. I received same-day appt and was lucky to have the service team arrive early. Everyone was polite and friendly. They explained what they could do and gave me the price up front. Happy to say they were successful and my drain is clear.

The Gentlemen, who came to my home were respectful, Understanding of my situation, informed me of all of their actions, The scope of work required and a quote prior to starting any work.
They completed the job in a timely manner, made sure everything was operating properly, cleaned their work area Up and made sure I completely understood all of the work they did.
My entire experience was a complete delight.

Called due to leak in a bathroom. Danny came out and diagnosed a slab leak. Fair price on diagnosis. Gave estimate. Very reasonable for repairs. Danny and helper worked all day rerouting hot water lines. I asked if the price was going to increase. He said he would let me know. At the end it was same estimate price and took off diagnosis payment. Well over exceeded expectations and left it clean.

Karl is so professional and thorough. I am very happy that we called Justice! They have so many 5 star ratings and now I know why!😄 very happy customer here

Karl are plumbing Tech. Very kind and very knowledgeable. When having are out side spigot replaced we had issues and Karl was able to fix everything and make us feel comfortable .

We had an issue with one of our toilets and within hrs. of my call Jody and Karl arrived and fixed the problem with expertise and knowledge, while explaining to me what needed to be done. Class act all the way, we have found our plumbing company in Granbury.

Karl of Justice Plumbing was so helpful today. Thete was a clogged toilet at our church that was leaking around the wax ring. He called 30 minutes before he arrived and was there 2 hours before the estimated time. He completed the job quickly - cleared the clog, replaced the wax ring and even re-siliconed around the base. He was polite, informative and even upbeat & positive while talking to himself as he worked! Thanks for taking care of this on a Friday afternoon!
