Seems expensive to repair any appliance anymore. But to replace it would be twice as much. Wade was quick to find the issue and explained the problem with a part that has been replaced with a better design.

Manuel is a 10, he is very nice and he tried his best.

Microwave repair. The Technician did some troubleshooting and my microwave is operable again with 1 year warranty on labor. He was professional and respectful. I was not able to see the full receipt with a text. I recommend the company be able to send receipts to customers by email in the near future.

I am so impressed with this company! I called and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were courteous and helpful! The company sent Wade and he was friendly and informative. He answered all of my quesadillas explained everything. I highly recommend this company for any appliance needs you have.

I am extremely pleased with the care and service provided by Appliance Recovery. We’ve had two service calls, one in late January and another today to replace a part for our washer. Our technician was able to come see us same day as we called in the early morning. Geoffrey our technician, got to work straight away, diagnosed the issue, gave us our options. We let the issue stand to see if the washer failed again and it did and went ahead and ordered the replacement part and scheduled an appointment to service the washer. The repair took maybe 10 mins and we’re off and washing again. Shout out to Geoffrey our technician, it was great to work with him. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy going. We’ll definitely call Appliance Recovery again should any of our major appliances need service.

Technician came within estimated arrival time. He also did a thorough examination and diagnosed the problem right away. Was able to fix the problem without any cost for parts. Even cleaned the drain filters on the machine. Was able to get me back up and functioning quickly. All in all, seemed very knowledgeable and performed a great service.

Albin did a great job analyzing the issue and completing the repair in a very short time.

The service was superb from the time I called to inquire about scheduling/service charge through checkout. The technician, Christian R., was great at explaining the issue with our dryer and was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Appliance Recovery and will use them in the future when needed.

Victor was great. It will take a while to see if repair works. Some suggestion not critical of Victor but meant to help. He needs a collapsible rack/platform to allow resting a double oven during repair, also a small step stool. Small items to equip your personnel. Glad I had them for him.
