I would recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Central DFW to anyone I know that has issues with and kind of damage that may occur needing their services. From the first call to the workers that came out to handle my water damage everyone has been kind and professional. Everyone had empathy for what was going on and how your life get uprooted when you have damage like this. I have to give a shout out to Freddy and Rebecca for being on top of everything and working around my schedule to get me taken care of! Mitigation customer for life!!

From my experience with Paul Davis Central DFW they are not a good company. They damaged my foyer tiles and I told the team lead to make sure they don't add it to my existing claim because PDR damaged it.
PDR demo team broke my water system.
And no one has paid for these damages.
They did not do a good job on the painting of my home. The floors are SPC not LVP, and they are still uneven. I had to move my own appliances and some of PDR'S EQUIPMENT and supplies myself in order for the other set of workers to install my carpet. This particular PDR location from my experience is not good.
Most of the workers that came to do the job were complaining about management.
From my experience with Paul Davis Central DFW it was horrible.

A few weeks ago, our 40-gallon water heater in a central closet decided to leak through some walls and across a few of our floors.

Shelby from Paul Davis of Central DFW did a great job with coordinating all of the restoration work and handling problems the flooring contractors ran into. Jennifer and Valerie stopped by several times to pack our belongings, set up containment, and clean the sawdust left from the old wood floors. They and the rest of the team did an excellent job.

We hope we never need restoration work again, but if we do, we know who we're calling.

John and Armando kept us in the loop at every stage and helped us get our mold remediation wrapped up as quickly as my insurance would allow.

I highly recommend the Paul Davis Grand Prairie location if you're in need of any restoration work. Their team was highly communicative, responsive and skilled. We had several setbacks due to our Insurance company, and Paul Davis worked with us to resolve them and get the work completed. We are 100% happy with the restoration! The Paul Davis team were fantastic in helping us through this process. Very fast response and knew exactly what to do to remediate the water quickly and had all the right equipment. Having a great experience with everyone we have met with Paul Davis! Communication is great! Everyone is timely and very informative! Everyone has been great with answering our many questions as this is the first time we have ever dealt with plumbing issues that have then needed to go through the dry out process that Paul Davis has taken care of for us. They have worked around our schedule, been great with our kids and dogs, and most important very friendly! We can tell they enjoy what they do, of helping others! Still working with them on our recon process! Can’t wait for the end results!

Jennifer, Trinity, Armando, and everyone from the Paul Davis crew have been totally awesome! Several tree limbs came down on my roof during a bad storm back in May, and my home suffered significant water damage as a result. They not only have done fantastic work throughout the mitigation and restoration process, they have gone above and beyond in their efforts to make the whole experience as stress free as possible, patiently answering my (many) questions and always treating my daughter, me, and our cats with the utmost courtesy and kindness. I could not recommend them more.

Our house flooded New Year's Day and the crew that helped to handle the packout were absolutely STERLING. I really wish I could remember everyone's names, but I do remember Jennifer!!! She is incredibly diligent and communicative from start to finish. The other team members did not hesitate to lend a helping hand (in catching my dogs that got out or in helping me move my fish tank). This location should be SO PROUD of their crews!! They truly go above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Jennifer was AMAZING! She texted me her ETA, showed up on time, and worked faster than originally expected. But mostly importantly she was extremely mindful of packing, and her and Vanessa took great care of everything.
