I thought this would be a great company, but unfortunately Larry and his team wasted our time. We contacted Larry in June and he kept telling us Manny would come out to look at ducts. Finally he came out and we were told Larry would give us an estimate after they discuss work to be done. We called and texted no response. This week I emailed and their response was sorry I'm gonna pass on job. Not professional to tell people I'm working on an estimate and not follow through for weeks. Also wrong to send two people out and seem like you will help ,but only in the end say nope. Better to be upfront and respond to customers and not drag it out for weeks. Lesson learned do not use this company.
