The service person, David sent a text the night before to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. I didn't see the text until almost 10 pm. I texted saying yes, and he responded! He came on time. He was very professional and courteous. The owner spoke with me to address financing. The tech showed me pictures along the way. This is EXCELLENT service. I will never use any other company for duct cleaning. Getting the microbe and mildew service is worth the cost. Right side pics before, left side after. He even fixed a torn duct!
